Great Outdoor Pizza Oven with Helpful Manual
I’ve been using this pizza oven for a while now, and it’s made family gatherings way more fun. The setup was simple, thanks to a manual that’s honestly the best I’ve come across—super clear, with step-by-step pictures that show exactly how to put it together. Every piece is labeled, so you don’t have to guess what goes where, and there are even tips on getting the best heat with the pellets. It heats up fast and adds a nice smoky flavor that’s hard to beat. One small thing to watch out for: it cooks quickly, so you’ll want to keep an eye on it to avoid burning. But once you get the hang of it, it’s a blast to use. So far, I’ve tried pizza, steaks, and even some veggies, and it all turned out great.

    Nice addition to my backyard
I recently purchased this outdoor pizza oven for my backyard. I have tried to make pizzas for my family with this oven, and let me tell you, it certainly meets my expectations. Not only is it compact and easy to use, but it also delivers awesome pizzas with that perfect crispy crust and nice flavor that you can only get from this type of oven. It’s also easy to set up and use, so I can spend less time fussing over the fire and more time enjoying delicious pizzas with my family.Another great feature is its efficiency. Despite its compact size, this oven heats up quickly and cooks pizzas evenly in just a few minutes. Additionally, it’s made with durable metal that is built to last.I’m glad to get this pizza oven for my family, and it is worth that small investment.

    Work but hard to operate
The product was very easy to install. The legs are foldable which it is very convenient to store or travel with. It builds great fire, for a napolitana style pizza, however the whole process it not easy. I use a torch to turn on the pellets, however you can use fire starter. Once one, it is hard to maintain the fire consistency so the brick stone keeps a high level temperatures. You need to feed the fire every 10-15 minutes but not too much because you can suffocate your fire. Additionally. It is challenging to control the heat once your pizza it’s inside the over. Either is too hot that it burns it and your dough stays raw in the bottom or the fire dies and you are relighting the fire in the middle of your cook.I thought a pellet oven was going to be more convenient, however if I could start my pizza oven search again, I would of gone with a gas pizza oven. This is not necessary this product fault, in regard to the actual oven, it is well made. Pellets ovens are just not a very beginners friendly pizza ovens.

It will be fun if you know what you’re doing, it will be a disaster if you don’t. Have fun!
Great pizza oven for the price!! Please do your research and learn prior to attempting to cook pizza in these type of ovens! I see a lot of reviews complaining about common mistakes not due to the oven itself but the user. This thing should get hot!! Very hot! Use 2-3 scoops of wood pellets to start heating up the oven, let then burn outside the oven first unless you have a good fire, 2-5 mins. Then insert in the oven, close up to allow to heat up. Flames should be coming out of the chimney or you’re not heating up right. Add another scoop of pellets at the top (careful flakes will be coming out if your doing it right). Do not get the flames get low!! I suggest to use a wooden pizza peel, temperature change will produce condensation under your pie and this will stick your pie more onto metal peels. Prepare pizza on your peel!! Use flour or corn meal before you place the stretched out dough on the peeler. Prepare your pie on the peeler being careful to not get it wet. Do not do extra sauce. Light toppings is best. Before you get your pie in the oven. Check to make sure if it is still sliding easily on the peel. If it moves, you’re ready, insert peel with pie more than halfway and the pie should slide out with a few tiny shakes. If you have the stone that turns (which i highly suggest) start turning. Flames should be reaching towards the front of the oven, if it is, your pizza will be done within 60-90 seconds, and it will be perfect. I highly suggest you use a wooden peel to get your pizza in the oven and a metal peel to get it out.I made pizzas for 20 people for the first time this weekend after doing lots of research and everything was perfect. I did a practice run night before, first time using this type of oven.Add one scoop of pellets between every pizza and have a small fan ready behind the oven to improve flames going the right way (over your pizza) and increasing heat. (Get a temp checker, stone should be 500-600+ degrees to cook pizza right)It will be fun if you know what you’re doing, it will be a disaster if you don’t. Have fun!

It melted. Not the pizza – THE OVEN DID!
We ended up returning this pizza oven after just two or three attempts. The whole experience was honestly so stressful I tried to forget about it, lol. The oven looks nice and sturdy, but once we actually used it, it heated to the proper temperature and then immediately started to melt. Ours began melting within seconds, and the door even melted shut, making it extremely difficult to pry open and remove the pizza. By the time we got it out, the pizza was completely burned. Overall, not a safe or reliable option based on our experience.

    SUCCESS ON MY FIRST TRY!!
This oven is GREAT! I watched one quick YouTube video for this model that had tips and tricks and dove in head first with my first two pizzas. Absolute success, not a thing went wrong. Delicious pizza in minutes. Use semolina flour under the dough to help prevent stickiness when picking the uncooked pizza up with the pizza peel. Turn the pizza multiple times while cooking. Watch it the whole time. Easy peasy!! So happy with this purchase!
