Good grill.
It was not too difficult to put the grill together. This is somewhat of a get what you paid for situation because I did think the components were a little thin. It works well and is sufficiently robust. It simply has a somewhat fragile construction. However, it functions perfectly. Since I can cook with my own oak, I typically use a charcoal barbecue. There are oak trees all over the place where we reside in the country. Therefore, I can definitely utilize seasoned wood from our land. I often let it air dry naturally for a year or two while I season it. However, there are occasions when cooking for guests on a propane barbecue is just more convenient. It is attractive, but you should keep it out of the weather. In order to shield your grill from elements like rain and humidity, I would also advise you to get a cover that fits properly. However, you can move it around with little to no problem thanks to the casters. I have grilled corn, burgers, and chicken so far. For chiles rellenos, I also roasted some poblano peppers. To make the outer layer easier to remove, roast them first, then place them in a ziplock bag for a bit. Cooking is made exceedingly convenient by the integrated spice rack and foldable side tables, and the stainless steel design feels robust and elegant. The wheels make it easy to travel, and assembly was simple.

Great value grill, lots of features
This is a great grill – great value! It was very easy to put together, well labeled and good instructions. The accessories are well thought out – the side plates fold up and down very easily to make it smaller, the basket on the side is sturdy and good sized, the tool hangers are also sturdy and well placed and the bottle opener is handy. The brush it comes with is a nice touch as well. Definitely on par with similar priced grills from big box stores. Some of the nice benefits are that each of the burners will light themselves and each leg has a wheel that also has locks. very versatile!

Excellent ignition but I think it’s a little expensive compared to other similar ones
Well, I think this grill is too expensive considering other similar grills with 40000 btu with 350 sq inches that use propane gas. I bought some seasoning for grilling and looked forward to grilling. I was ready to go with some chicken and couldn’t wait even though it was beginning to lightly rain at that time. I told my neighbor I needed some propane gas; He brought his tank over and flared it up and boy did it come on fast with all four burners with the impressive electronic ignition system. I needed someone to go get some gas for my grilling. My other neighbor decided that he would go get it and then it started pouring down with hard rain. So, I waited for a couple of days, and the rain spoiled my enjoyment of my new grill as it continued raining all day. So, now I must save it for maybe the spring months. The instructions were easy to follow with clear drawings, and I had it up in no time and ready to go. I must buy a new propane gas tank from the gas station, and a new one is expensive down here and she said $79.00, but if I have a tank, I would be able to get the tank exchange at a gas station for $28.00. This might be helpful if you are on a budget and getting this as a gift item to someone. This will be might first time using propane gas, I’ve always used charcoal. With the installation of this grill you will have to put on the wheels, put together the bottom part of the grill including the doors, put on the side tables, put in all the four burners, the two inside grill grate for each side and the top metal plate for steaming vegetables., the pan juice tray, and screw on the gas connector hose. Most of this is done with one set of screws that are quick and easy to put in. I just think that with the price of this unit it should have included the gas. I can’t wait to start grilling when the weather gets better. I look forward to that wide open space in this grill and that durable thick lid that probably will bring out some of the best smoky flavors in the meats and vegetables. But to me it’s not just those burners inside this grill that make food taste its best, I also believe it is the quality of the material that greatly affects the quality and taste of my food. And I truly believe the quality of the material on this grill will certainly impress me. The wheels for this grill are superb my neighbor rolled it over muddy ground and wet leaves scattered everywhere to get it into my backyard and it rolled back there without any hassle. I didn’t want to put this lovely grill in my garage because my garage is dirty and sometimes have stray animals enter it. But I had to because of the rain because I have no cover that to me should have been with it at such an expensive price. I’m going to buy a smoker box I just think they give incredible depth of flavor to the food and help to retain moisture. You can experience a rich maple, hickory, apple, or mesquite simply by adding these wood chips to the box.
