Read the directions!!!!!!
Although the inside height is not what I wanted it is still a good buy. Inside height is about 6.5″. It does everything and more than my old toaster oven (which still works after almost 14 yrs.) I was looking for a taller oven. This one will work and so far so good. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner in it. NO, no turkey. Not tall enough. Air frys ok. Takes longer than my regular air fryer. Roasted vegetables perfectly. Cookies were also perfect. Dinner roles were golden brown. Yes it gets hot but no big deal, unless you have children. Yes, 13×9 pans without handles fits perfectly. 2 layer cooking with turning around half way through and from top to bottom switches. Not a real hassle to me. In reality it was an upgrade for me.

Excellent product
This oven/ Air fryer is excellent. I haven’t used it as an air fryer but I’ve used it a lot to bake in. Pizza comes out perfect and it fits in there very easily. It baked cornbread very well. It’s fairly easy to operate and has digital readouts. I like how you can adjust how much heat comes out of the top and bottom burners. I’m very happy with it and highly recommend it.

Great toaster oven – NOT an air fryer
We use this toaster oven all the time and love it. All the features work exactly as I would have expected, except the air fryer is not really a true air fryer. We kind of knew this going into the purchase, but wanted to try it anyway since we needed a new toaster oven. The air fryer kind of just ends up with an oven like result. It’s not bad, just not air fried. Whenever we have used it, things are maybe a little crispier than normal, but nothing like when we have had food from a real air fryer.

A Kitchen Staple
This is the second Nuwave I’ve bought, they are just incredibly useful. It comes with a whole cookbook of stuff you can try but really the sky’s the limit with it. Bake, broil, fry, dehydrate, roast. Whatever floats your boat you can do and in record time without turning up the heat in your whole house by using your stoves oven. Pizzas fit in it just fine, wings are made quickly, it’s really simple. Buttons and modes are easy to access and it’s audible when things are done. Plus the metallic finish on this matches most kitchen setups so it never feels out of place, every one of my family members that called it a waste ended up falling in love with it’s practicality and usability so now everyone uses it for their different needs.Great buy if you want a quality air fryer.

Can replace several appliances for 1-2 people.
This oven does multiple duty as a large toaster oven, a small convection oven, a broiler, and with a grill plate, a small grill. It can air fry, but is a bit big to do as well as a dedicated fryer. It preheats very fast (in only a few minutes), and is quite effective at cooking anything that fits inside. You can easily adjust the relative burner intensity and turn the convection fan off for cooking things that need heat from below. The crumb tray easily pulls out of the front, and is designed so you don’t spill the crumbs unless you are careless. As a toaster, it get very close to the quality of a pop up toaster. As a regular oven, it is at least as good as an ordinary oven.I have occasionally cooked things without turning the fan off, and I have needed to turn the heat down or reduce the cooking time, as expected of a convection oven.It is surprisingly easy to clean, as it doesn’t tend to get very dirty as long as you have a drip tray underneath and don’t cook things that spatter all over.I have had mine for almost a year, and it looks close to new.I have effectively replaced a pop up toaster, a smaller air fryer/grill, and my main oven (except for whole turkey) with this small oven. For 1-2 people, this oven can basically do almost all the cooking you need.

Finally a multi function toaster oven that lasts
Updated Review:We originally bought this in January 2023 and I wanted to give an update that we have been using this air fryer for 20 months now. We usually run it multiple times a day (usually in the morning for breakfast sausages and lunch for chicken nuggets and then occasionally in the evening for salmon or steak if the weather isn’t good for grilling) and it is still going strong. Needs a good cleaning, but other than that it is still in great shape.Original Review:When we moved to our new house, I wanted to get an air fryer and settled on getting a multi-function toaster oven that could air fry. This was our third fryer in 2 years. The previous 2 only lasted around 6 months each.Hopefully not jinxing myself, but it has now been 14 months and this one is still going strong. We use it daily for breakfast for toasting bread, bagels, cooking breakfast sausages, etc. We also use it daily at lunch as our toddler will only eat chicken nuggets for lunch. And we probably use is on average 1 day a week at nighttime to cook part of a dinner in (salmon fillet, steaks in wintertime, home fries, roasted veggies). Long story short, we use it a lot.I love the temperature probe for cooking meats. Works great. No guessing or continually having to stop, take it out, and check it. You just look over at the display and see where you are at and can easily enough estimate how much longer. The controls took a little bit of getting used to. They were not the most intuitive and I had to actually read the instruction manual. But after a couple weeks it is now very easy to use.Love the removable crumb bin on the bottom. Makes cleaning it very easy. There are these bars around the heating elements. I assume they are there to help protect them from getting hit, but they are a pain to clean when everything gets dirty. Burned on oil and grease are really hard to clean off without scratching the element’s glass with the steel wool. From the trial and errors and the other machines that failed, I learned that you don’t want a unit that has the coil power going through the mode selection knob. When you realize you are in the wrong mode and switch modes while the power is on, you burn the contacts off. Pretty sure several people in my household were doing that even though I told them not to and that is how our 2nd toaster died. The second was to have the controls on the side of the machine and not the top. I think the top gets too hot being over the oven and that is what killed our first toaster.

This is a large air fryer / toaster oven, with many good features. I especially like being able to program my own “recipes” so it comes out just right. The 100 built-in presets also do the trick. Of course, you can always set things manually if you want. The air fryer works well, and it’s nice to finally have crispy fries and nuggets (my previous oven had only convection, not air frying). The only thing I’ll nitpick on is that the fan is really quite loud. Overall, I recommend this for the number of functions you get for the price.

I like the look, the settings to the side of door. I am not impressed with the door wanting to close while I am taking things out of the oven. I have burnt my arm on the glass/door frame a couple of times. Since I use this oven as my primary appliance for baking, roasting, air frying, etc it’s used almost daily. It works beautifully on whatever function I have used thus far. One issue besides the door problem is the noisy fan!!! It drives me crazy it’s so loud. It sounds as if it’s too big for the compartment it’s in and grinding its way out or bent. I may have to send it back for a trade in. ??

The oven is beautiful. I gave 4 stars as it was returned. It was too small. I did not use it so I cannot comment on how well it performs.

Not so great If I can I may return it….to Loud not user friendly of accurate when air frying..
