Same as more expensive brands and works great.
I’ve only used about 30 of them so far but they have worked great. I have not noticed any difference in germination or growth rates from these vs the more expensive brands and their size and thickness seem on par with all the other ones I’ve used as well. They are tall just like the aeroguarden ones so they retain water well and over all seem to be a decent value for the money. I will update this if my next batch of seeds seem to have any differences from the last several batches.

A little small but can work for Aerogarden
The soil cones were a little small, but my items still produced! I think it can affect longevity though for the root systems, so I will pick larger ones next time.

Seed staring sponges work great!
Was shocked how well this works. We decide to start some of our garden seeds in the Aerogarden this year. THey take some time to sprout, but once they do, they grow like weeds! Make sure you don’t start too early, if you put them outside too early or don’t harden off gradually the starts will wilt badly and maybe not make it. But if you put outside at the right time and give them several days to acclimate to outdoor sun / wind, they thrive!

Perfect replacement kit
The hydroponic garden I bought didn’t come with the seed domes, so I got this replacement kit. Everything fits perfectly with my garden. Now I have extra sponges, trays, and stickers. It even came with some tweezers for transferring seeds. Excellent value for the money, good quality materials, and my plants have all grown beautifully.

Iffy performance, small size
I didn’t think there could be any difference in products, but the quality doesn’t match what came with my units. The sponges are smaller and one or two out of every dozen won’t grow anything. I’ve been careful about the seeds, and have even switched seeds to other sponges and they’ve grown. So it seems to me there must be something in some of the sponges that inhibits growth–except for moss or algae, which seems to do fine.
