Perfect light
I use it for the bathroom and it’s perfect at night. Provides enough light to clearly see but doesn’t disturb the eyes. It’s pretty and sturdy and has a soothing affect on the soul. Highly recommend this little mood booster in your home space!

These little night lights produce a soft warm glow without the blue light that can throw off your sleep cycle. I have several placed throughout the house to prevent nighttime stubbed toes, stepping on cats, and being able to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and still get back to sleep.The incandescent 7 watt bulbs included to me are too bright and harsh. I use GE specialty LED 4 watt equivalent bulbs. They are just the right brightness, are not harsh and use only .5 watts. That way I’m not concerned about having 7 or 8 of these in the house on 24/7 (they do have an ON/OFF switch if you don’t want them on all the time). The only thing that would make them better is if they had a battery backup for power failures. With these bulbs they could last a while.If you want a night light with a warm glow, this is the one.

Loved it for a year and 7 months!
This was a great nightlight! I left it on in our bathroom since I received it for Christmas 2020. It was bright enough that I could get up during the night and not disturb my spouse by turning on another light, but not so bright that it kept us awake.I only turned it off when we went away on vacation, so if you think about the number of hours I got out of it since it was on 24/7 for like 99% of it’s life, it lasted pretty well. In the time I had it, it went through 7 light bulbs and I noticed they would often go if we lost power or had to turn it off for whatever reason – the bulb would go when I turned it back on.Of course I wish it lasted longer because I really liked it, but for the price I’m not surprised. My hubby got it for me as a gift and I thought it was a great one!

Soft warm light good for a moderate size room
I bought this so I could employ a light in my bathroom at night that wouldn’t destroy my eyes and wake me up. This does exactly what I hoped.The switch works great and is easy to find and flip on in the dark. I don’t leave it on, I use it like a lamp.The light that comes off is a very warm orange and soft. Because it’s enclosed you won’t end up looking directly at the bulb from above. Although it’s bright enough that I have to avoid looking directly at it when I’m turning it off at night. This is enough for me to shower by late at night, with it about 2 feet from my shower door.Update after a year: I am still thrilled with this light. It has held up to the shower steam in my bathroom. No trouble with the bulb or the switch or any of the internal electrical. No sparking. It feels very safe. It also has stayed in the outlet just fine, it doesn’t sag under it’s own weight nor appear to fatigue the outlet. I love this little lamp.
