Great product and excellent service!
I bought 2 sets. 1 extender was malfunction (didn’t spring out). Emailed customer service, received a replacement of a full set within the week! I have wider drawer, so I use a wooden tray to support one side against the extender. The extenders are solid and sturdy, the end grips holds them in place pretty well.

Best for small item organization
I know these are meant mostly for kitchen or other junk drawer organization, but I bought them for organizing my clothes since I adopted a vertical folding system. They don’t work very well for larger clothing items like shirts or pants (the short inserts get lost in the height of the clothing), but they work an absolute treat for keeping my socks and intimates organized. They’re the perfect height for these smaller clothing items and they offer a sturdy support for thinner and more delicate clothing items like scarves.The construction on them is pretty good and the internal spring works well. I haven’t had any issues of it sticking or the two pieces separating the way cheaper plastic spring dividers often do.They can be a bit of a struggle to put in. The tricky part is making sure you have the space between dividers correct for adding the inserts. It can be a struggle to adjust them to fit the insert width perfectly. LOTS of readjusting!It could be improved if they added more notches in the dividers. The notches for the inserts are spaced a little less than three inches apart. If they had made them one-and-a-half inches apart, it would offer more arrangement options and make them more versatile. There is some wasted space in my drawers from needing slightly more than a single space, but two spaces is a bit too much, leaving me with awkward amounts of unused room I can’t fit anything else into.I also wish they came with a few more inserts, but that’s a minor problem I can fix with a basswood plank from the craft store and a small handsaw.Overall, I think these are fantastic for organizing small items. I would even say they’re an absolute must for organizing socks and intimates if you use a vertical folding system (since these smaller, more delicate items tend to flop over a lot).

Chaos into Peace
We needed a solution for our mudroom table drawers because we shoved whatever into them and just dug out what we needed each time we opened them. I loved the ability to customize the individual compartment sizes of this drawer organizer. Set up was easy and as you can see in my product photo, my drawer went from a headache to organized heaven for on-the-go items. Plus it was a good reason to declutter!
