Exactly what I needed.
I have limited sunlight during winter months due to the position of my house. I have two large indoor plants that are always difficult to position for adequate sunlight. These two lights are amazing!!! They work extremely well, have three time settings and intensities. The stem went together easily, adjustable to the right height for a 6’ fan leaf fig tree and my plants seem to like them. They are placed right into the pots and adjusted to the height needed. Very easy to assemble, came well packaged, light is an adjustable for different angles, very stable, and versatile. I misread the description and that they ran on rechargeable batteries but they do not, they have a USB connection but hav to be plugged in to work. They come with plenty of cord however so wasn’t have to find an electrical outlet near enough.

IT does what it was intended to so!
This light works within hours. My Monstera plant was moved from direct sunlight to virtually no sunlight at all. I noticed that the new leaves growing in were reaching toward the light which was throwing the balance of the plant off. I saw this type of light in a neighbors home and thought well, it can’t hurt. I ordered it, set it up that afternoon and by 11pm the leaves had already started growing upright. This is amazing. The light being able to be dimmed is also a nice feature as well. It is not only a real solution to a problem, it compliments our esthetic and the price point was more than satisfactory. This is great for plants where you can’t keep them in direct sunlight. Oh and the timer is great also. It means the light doesn’t have to be on all the time. It can also serve as a deterrent when house are away from home with the intermittent light going on and of. I really, really like this product. I think I am going to. gift these for Christmas plant lovers.

Buy it!
Really pleased with this grow light. Super easy to set up – simply insert the rod into the stake, stick it in the planter, extend it to the desired height then connect the cord. Mine is extended 38 inches high and very sturdy, there’s no wobble at all. Especially like that it can extend up to 56 inches, has different light levels and the option for 8, 12 or 16 hour timer. Highly recommend.

Nice light, but timer died after 6 weeks
I bought this light for my money tree as it was not close enough to the windows. I was using the timer and was quite please with its performance until recently. I had to move the tree for a couple of days as the living room was being repainted. The light worked great until I moved back to the original spot. The timer is no longer working. The light would turn off after 30 minutes. I can still use the light but no timer. Really bummed as I liked the timer feature. Hopefully, the light will continue to work.

Cute and works well!
I’ve had this light for almost a month now and it definitely works! Start on lower settings or for a shorter time at first so your plants can adjust because i didn’t and I burned a couple leaves on my bird of paradise. It is thriving now and has grown so much because of this light. The light is easy to setup and the design is cute and blends into the background.

Super Little Grow Light To Augment Natural Lighting
Let me start by saying I really like and am happy with these grow lights. I have purchased three so far in about a month and a half after buying my first one, and am planning to buy two more. So I obviously recommend them.I know this is a bit long of a review but I wanted to be thorough and speak to some of the comments in the other reviews so bear with me.First, these lights look very aesthetically pleasing when compared to many grow lights. It doesn’t scream industrial grow tent or anything like that. It makes kind of a pretty halo above my plants. So I’m happy about that. The light is bright but not blinding and illuminates my space nicely at night. I tried to show in the photos about how far the light reaches when placed above a plant.I will say that if you are hoping to illuminate anything above these halo lights you’re not going to find any joy. They really only cast light downward. I was surprised how little the light seems to travel upwards from these, although I’m fine with that.Secondly, the chord is nice and long, and can easily be wound around the pole to keep the wire situation more tidy. The pole is also very long, generously so. It can extend much higher than I anticipated. It could fit in most larger size house plants that I can think of.Thirdly, I see a lot of people in these reviews saying they don’t think these lights are bright enough, but i don’t agree. I think they are very good lights and will probably help your plant in most circumstances.First of all, idk why so many people in the reviews have their poles extended so high above such small plants?!I mean yeah, if you are gonna have your grow light like three feet away from your plant the light is gonna be a lot more diffuse and it’s not going to work as well. The pole is extendable to fit the size of your plant, you don’t need to have the light pole as extended as possible for every plant. If it’s a small plant why are you extending it so far away from it? Of course the leaves are going to reach for it, it’s extremely far away in that circumstance.I first bought one of these and put it on my monstera that I had pulled back away from my windows which was definitely not getting enough light. It was reaching like crazy and wasn’t growing anymore. As soon as I put the first of these lights on it, it shot out three new leaves within a week, so I know it’s helping and doing something. It also helped to harden off one of my older new leaves that just wasn’t hardening.I tried to add a lot of photos of its growth and where I put the light so you can see how close it is, and I’ve had it on my monstera for about a month now.You can see how much it likes it, it’s moved all its leaves to be directly under it. And that’s another thing about keeping it closer to your plant. It’s an effective light but it’s not that powerful. Not so much that I think it would scorch most plants.I would probably keep it a bit higher up and on the shortest timer length for the first few days if I wanted to be safer and give it an adjustment period, (ie like a calathea or something more shade loving) but depending on the plant idk if that would even be necessary. When I got my 2nd and 3rd of these grow lights I just went ahead and plopped one right on my white bird of paradise on the strongest setting for 12 hours right above the leaves. It’s already putting out a new leaf too.Now I will say, if you want to use this in a basement with no windows then yeah, it might not be enough light to grow a big plant year round, it might get the plant over a winter but if you are really in a situation with no natural light then maybe you should consider a higher powered more intense grow light. Also for your more exotic variegated expensive rare plants etc, you might want to make sure to have a back up plan if you get one of these. These may still work but imo if I’m gonna shell out a lot for a plant I would probably pay for a more expensive lighting setup, as expensive plants warrant more lux toys to keep them happy.Imo this is perfect for the person who has a normal plant in a room with mid-to lower indirect natural light that wants to supplement that light, or has a brightly lit room but maybe wants to put a plant in a less than ideal spot in that room. Or for people trying to give more light to plants over winter. One last comment I have is that as you might be able to see in my photos of my monstera, the plant likes this light so much that it’s large leaves are trying to press themselves up to the light and that does cause the light to be blocked off from some of the lower foliage. I don’t think this will be an issue for all plants but for ones like my monstera it might not hurt to use two of them if you can.tldr: it’s a great useful supplemental grow light that looks nice and is definitely helping my plants put out new leaves and grow. I recommend them!

Somewhat flimsy material
So far this light is held up the timer works flawlessly what I don’t like is the metal telescoping type rod that holds it up is very flimsy and it seems to not stand up very well

Elle fonctionne très bien. C’est avantageux pour les endroits où la lumière naturelle n’est pas suffisante.Ma plante se porte bien jusqu’à présent.Je la recommande.

Using this has helped pull back my African Fig from dormancy. It’s in a position where it doesn’t quite get enough light so I have this on on the timer during the day and after a couple of weeks, 12 new leaves grew on the fig plant.Easy to set up and use and quite unobtrusive

All of my plants have thrived in my windowless office, and my Strelitzia Nicolai from IKEA has even doubled in height, reaching 2.5 meters under this light.I initially thought my first light had broken after 1.5 years and was about to throw it away, but I decided to try a different adapter—and it worked! Should have done it before I have purchased a new one :)Similarly, I almost gave up on my new lamp as the timer was not working, only to realize it was another adapter issue. So if you have some issues with the lamp try several adaptors from the different brands, it might solve the problem. (Adaptor is not provided with the lamp)It is a brilliant invention, thank you!

Will not work with smart plugs. It requires you to press the on switch on the built in controller on the wire again when you switch it on making it useless with smart plugs. Haven’t seen much growth with it either.

All features as described. Nice height adjustment, timer works fine. My only complain would be the color of the light. The pictures show more like a warm-yellow light, but definitely is a white-fluorescent light.
