Great concept, but disappointing condition for a gift
Updated review:Hadn’t had the chance to update this review but it was totally needed. As soon as I posted my past review the company reached out and without too much hassle or waiting sent a new oven in perfect condition and extra wrapping. They messaged through out the whole process from it being shipped to it being out for delivery until I got it and opened it up. Do not doubt getting this oven. We have used it every single weekend making sweet, savory, and all kinds of pizzas. You won’t regret it!I bought this outdoor pizza oven as a Father’s Day gift, and while the product seems solid and promising, the unboxing experience left a bit to be desired.First off, shipping was very fast — it arrived earlier than expected, and the price point was honestly pretty reasonable for what’s advertised. Everything was sealed and packaged well, so initially I felt good about the purchase. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed several scratches on the stainless steel body, particularly on the legs, and even a few areas near the door where the paint looked chipped or rubbed off. It gives off the impression that this unit might have been used previously or returned.Since this was a gift, it was a bit awkward when we took it out in front of everyone and started pointing out these blemishes. The oven itself looks sleek and modern, but those visible flaws definitely took away from the “wow” factor I was hoping for when gifting it.We haven’t fired it up yet — we’re planning to try it out this weekend — and I’m hoping it performs well, because cosmetically it’s already been a little bit of a letdown. I’ll try to update my review after we cook with it, but just know that if you’re buying this as a gift like I did, inspect it ahead of time and be prepared for possible signs of wear. Fingers crossed it makes up for it in performance!

Very easy to start up loved the quality of the pizza oven. It keeps the heat in and looks cute and small. At the bottom there is something to turn the pizza which I do wish that there was an easy way to turn.

Great Pizza Oven!
I bought this pizza oven for my husband for Father’s Day. We used it for the first time last night and made awesome pizza’s! There is a learning curve regarding how long to cook your pie; so just watch the temperature (just keep an eye on the gauge). We did burn a couple of pizza’s. BUT we eventually made some very tasty ones too. We have never had a pizza oven before, so I don’t have anything to compare it too, but so far, super happy with the purchase. I did purchase the oven with the nob on the bottom to turn the pie- I’m glad I did because learning to slide your pizza in is a task within itsself. Not sure how enjoyable it would be to have to turn the pie with the pie pan….

Dangerous plastics float out of the inside of this oven.
We got great quality wood chips, found a good spot to place the oven, which gets to over 800 degrees!!!We started it up with a small blow torch. Everything seemed fine until it got hot and the smell was freaking nauseating, like burning chemicals.Then little pieces of a thin super hot plastic were floating around the oven and onto the ground and stone table top. It looked like the same pieces were in the oven, on the pizza stone and sides.We were afraid to put any food in the plastic pieces, didn’t look safe.The next morning, when it cooled down, there’s lots of plastic still hanging inside!! And the pizza stone is all stained from the plastic.What the heck?By the way, there’s no way to contact customer service, no phone number or email!! That’s totally suspicious.Set up is super easy. Food will be super toxic. !!!!
