Cord stopped working before it was a year old
The lamp is beautiful and loved the dimmer, but the cord just stopped working out of nowhere. It literally day in the same spot and only moved it to clean. I ordered this for my daughter for Xmas last year. I feel like it should have lasted way longer than this. Especially since there’s no damage to the cord whatsoever.

Did not receive a plug to go in outlet
I really like this lamp but it did not come with a plug, just a cell phone type charging end so I have to use my cell phone charging adapter to use until I buy one. Maybe they will send me one? Otherwise I would be satisfied.

Defective.
Does not work. Button to turn on or cord itself is defective. So frustrating. Makes me think they have no quality control process in place. Plus, product description says 15W-25W incandescent, yet the bulb is 4W. Not sure if LED. Returning and will purchase elsewhere. Don’t trust another lamp not being defective.

This is a great buy
The lump of salt is very rough, which makes this lamp look very natural. Its best feature is the dimmer! I hadn’t noticed it when I chose this (much cheaper) model, and it’s really nice to be able to modulate the brightness.

bought this as a replacement for my old salt lamp. It’s great quality and big and heavy. it has a USB to plug in but doesn’t come with the block, which wasn’t an issue for me but may-be a disappointment to someone else.good lamp, good vibes.

En plus, l’adaptateur fourni ne fonctionne pas correctement, rendant la lampe inutilisable. Très déçu par cet achat, car la lampe ne sert à rien dans cet état. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.💔

Love the lamp overall! It says dimmable, and it IS but for some reason when I slide my finger up and down the on/off button it just turns off 99% of the time. It rarely will dim and brighten for me. No biggie!! Maybe there’s a trick to it that I’m just not getting the hang of but I’ve only been able to do it once or twice.
