Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking over the last month for a solid patio set that was weather resistant to all seasons and basically look good and accentuated newly built patio area. I also needed something that was durable as we are a very tall family. Hillga brand fit the bill. It arrived in some pieces so you have to be assemble it, the instructions I admit we’re not great and it took for me to actually look at a couple of videos online to be able to see how to set them up. I ordered a complete set loveseat, two chairs, two ottoman and the end table, and two extra sliding swivel individual chairs. The cushioning was dense and soft yet tough and adorable with a high din quality and ironically was slightly cheaper on Amazon than it was on the actual website. I also like it had multiple colors to choose from the wicker is strong. I admit they were a couple of small pieces that were a little, frayed from shipping. But the overall look in quality was solid. We definitely recommend for people who are 6 foot five and under and about 300 or less this is not really super heavy duty furniture despite what they describe in the description for size and weight but it definitely looks good and enhanced our patio area. I would also recommend buying straight from Amazon as opposed to the company website because it was cheaper and free shipping with prime. Excellent purchase!
I really struggled on this purchase, but am very happy. These are answers to questions I had when shopping around:1) Will these look cheap? NO! This is really quality outdoor furniture2) Are these the same as the cheaper look-alikes? I don’t think so. These are excellently packaged and come with simple, easy-to-follow instructions. My husband assembled the set by himself. I heard no foul language.3) Is the beige color on the Amazon website the same as the sand color on the Hillga website? I’m fairly certain YES. I ordered beige on Amazon and received boxes labeled sand.4) Will the beige/sand look yellow, dingy or old fashioned? NO! The beige sand color looks great in the porch of my new, contemporary home, which is open-concept neutral with varying shades of beiges and grays. (I really struggled on this one and almost got the white. I’m glad I went for beige.)5) Some comments mention that the fabric is scratchy. It is high-quality, weather and stain-resistant outdoor fabric, similar in texture to light canvas. I wouldn’t describe it as cuddly soft, but I sit on it wearing shorts and am quite comfy—no irritation whatsoever.6) More about the color— it is neutral and beige, not off-white. It reminds me of khaki. It’s light tan, not yellow or gold. I have natural stone on my porch which is a blend of tans, browns and grays. This color looks great with those earthy tones.7) Will it be comfortable for both me and my husband? I am an average weight at 5’5”. My husband is a robust 6’ tall man. The seats are amble size and cushions are sufficiently inviting for both of us. These are well constructed, sturdy, and great quality materials.I hope this helps! I shopped first for quality, then for price. It’s a big purchase, but compared to the prices of other quality outdoor furniture, it’s an outstanding value.

Beautiful and Impressive Patio Addition
Beautiful patio furniture set that is very well made and of high quality. It is very comfortable with thick cushions and was easy to put together, although as previous reviews have noted it is helpful if you are handy with tools and assembly. Assembly instructions were clear, but it is strongly recommended you follow them for ease of assembly. We were impressed with the packaging as it arrived in four boxes with no apparent damage and included everything, including tools, needed for assembly. The set is a great addition and fit to our patio, and we have already received many compliments from others. When compared to similar patio furniture sets, it is a great value for the money. We expect to enjoy the set for many years and recommend it to others.

Great product with some quality control issues
Good:- Solidly made. The rocker-swivel is smooth and noiseless.- The cushions are squishy and comfortable. Often, outdoor cushions are little better than life vests. I’ve not had these a full season yet, though, so I’m not sure how long they will remain plump.- The cushions come with an anti-slip mat that works well enough to keep the cushion from sliding when you shift your body.- Table is stable.- No strong chemical odors.- Less shipping plastic than most similar products.- A fun little ratchet for assembly.- I found the assembly really straightforward, but I am handy, so YMMV.Bad:- Product arrived with two faulty parts. In one case, the bolt holes were misaligned with another part, so I couldn’t assemble the chair. In another, there was some welding slag stuck in a hole.- The anti slip material is thin and will likely degrade quickly. Snaps or ties, especially for the ottoman, would last longer.Redeeming:- I sent a video of the misaligned part. They shipped a replacement part in a week.- I was able to hammer the bolt home to knock out the slag.TLDR:5 points for great value.-2 for quality issues.+1 for responsive customer support.
