So Much Better Than The Cheap Ones
I bought these Fiskars bypass pruning shears after my off-brand garden clippers snapped after just one use, and the difference is huge. These feel sturdy, solid, and comfortable in the hand, even after a good amount of trimming. I usually cut wilted hydrangea blooms toward the end of the fall season to prep for next year’s flowers, and this made the whole job so much easier. The blades are sharp and cut through stems and smaller branches cleanly with very little effort, which I really appreciate when I am squeezing yard work in between kid activities. No crushing, no tearing, just neat cuts. For the quality and how well they perform, this feels worth every penny and like a tool that will last more than just one season.

Fiskers Bypass pruning shearssd are not too bad
Obviously, Fiskars, a respected gardening supply company, has more than one tier for its products. I would put this on the “B tier.” Worth the price, works as it should, but don’t mistake it for higher priced models found in the big box home improvement stores.Having said that, for the price, I think they are quite adequate. I’d buy them again.

Got it as promised. I have used them in as verla occasions and work very well. They are sharp and cut easily. I didn’t clean them on purpose to see if they will rust or the metal get discolored but it didn’t. So I am happy with the product.
