I switched to mostly organic gardening last year and bought a bunch of Down To Earth organic fertilizers and soil amendments. They worked very well, but it was a bit of a pain to mix together a bunch of different products (like 15 different products) in the correct ratios.I then decided to get this stuff to make it much simpler. I do mix some other amendments (crab meal, bat guano, etc.) with this, since I have them on hand, and this blend doesn’t have everything that I want, but you could certainly use it on it’s own and get great results.I bought the 15 lb. bag nearly a year ago and still have about half of it left, so it goes quite a long ways, and I’m an avid gardener. Plants grow very healthy and seem to love this stuff.It does have a somewhat unpleasant smell, so keep that in mind if using indoors. I’ve found that it will dissipate within a couple days.I highly recommend this product, as well as all of the Down To Earth products. Great company.
