Quality affordable grow lights
I was fairly impressed with these lights. They were brighter than your average stick grow light. I was able to successfully grow almost all of my seedlings. I love that there are extra ports so you can just plug lights together versus having a bunch of things to have to plug into an outlet. They were lightweight, easy to put together and came with All the parts plus hardware for fastening. The size was pretty normal compared to other lights, but they stood apart for their quality and light level. I didn’t notice any major heat issues, they never appeared hot or dangerous. I have purchased many grow lights and by far these have been my favorite.

Good supplemental lighting for small, indoor gardens.
These lights are designed for house plants, but these also work well for supplemental lighting. Most other light strips run on a timer, that doesn’t turn on and off according to the schedule I need for my plants- 12 hours on, 12 hours off, or 18 hours on and 6 hours off. But plugging these Barrina lights into a cheap manual timer works great. For my small indoor garden, they work great for under-canopy lighting. The cords aren’t the lengths I need, so I usually have to add or remove some cord length to fit my needs, but that is easy enough. Sure, they aren’t anywhere near as bright as my main HLG QB-288 lights, but for me they are perfect for seedlings, side lighting and under-canopy lights.

Awesome grow lights
OMG! These lights are awesome and my plants are now thriving because of them. I have them placed in an IKEA cabinet and to say the least I love that they come fully supplied with everything that is needed for them. Not to mention they themselves are MAGNETIC but also comes with little metal pieces as well as, zip ties and little claps and screws, just in case you need to mount them on a non-metal surface! They are not heavy and are great value for the price. I and plant kids highly recommend

Great lights as long as you use them together
I like these lights so much I came back to buy them again, this time in white. Both are great. I was disappointed that you couldn’t get the white with magnets but understand the limitation since magnets tend to be black or silver. The magnets on the black version are decent quality compared to what I have gotten on other lights. They do provide color matching zip ties, stickies, and screws with little bracket things as options as well which I really appreciated.I like that you can connect them all together easily, and that they are quick and easy to put up. My plants seem to love them and even though I run them 8-10 hours a day and have for at over six months in the case of the black and over a month in the case of the white, they continue to work like they did out of the box. There are only two power cords in each pack, and they are an odd shape plug to the light so you are limited on configurations. This was one thing I really wish was different about them because I could have loved to have used them independently but wasn’t able to with only two plugs for four lights in each box.

A must have for indoor gardening.
These light are great. My plants love them. The only downside to these lights is they have no timer so you have to turn them on and off. The good thing is they have switches so you can turn them on and plug them in to a separate times, or in my case a smart plug controlled by Alexa and run them on a schedule. There pretty functional and they help with plant growth. Since I started using these lights my plants have grown a lot compared to basic sunlight thru the window.

Highly Recommend!
I have bought multiple of these lights and I have them all around my house, and I even convinced my mom to throw away her cheap ones and buy these! I used to be stuck in a loop of buying super cheap grow lights, but I couldn’t keep my plants alive until I bought these, and I got to watch my plants come back to life and absolutely thrive! My snake plant and cactus never grew, but once I got these within weeks, I started seeing new growth! They are perfect for plants that need a lot of light, but they are also good for “low light” plants like my pothos and my ZZ plants! Very easy to set up, and it comes with more than enough extra pieces and zipties. I love the discrete look and how you can connect them all together! I couldn’t say enough about how much I love these lights!

EXCEPTIONAL LIGHTS, PLEASE READ!!
I am using these lights on a shelving unit for grow lights.PROS: 1. Each light has a switch to turn on or off SEPARATE from the other lights. The feature is there according to your needs and preferences.2. I’m using them for AFRICAN VIOLETS and the Kelvins are perfect for them, or other indoor plants.3. Provided with the lights were 3 WAYS to secure them….including sticky tape, zip tie.4. The actual LUX of lights were CONSISTENT.5. An END CORD was provided to plug ALL the lights into ONE outlet.CONS: 1. The cords provided needed to be replaced because they were too short to reach the next shelf in my new larger shelf. The only way is if the shelves are close together, but even then, ITS NOT IDEAL to be pulling on the cord toreach another light on the next shelf.2. The sticky tape, double sided, failed and I would not use them to permanently secure the light. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM TO PERMANENTLY FIX THE LIGHTS!! They will fall INTO YOUR PLANTS!!!I am using the ZIP TIES TO ENSURE they won’t fall again, which did damage to a beautiful plant.3. I had an added cost because the cords to daisy chain the lights were too short. To give you an idea, my shelves are 20” apart so can judge how it works for you according to the length of the cords. The lights themselves are EXCELLENT and do an excellent job of being grow lights, however, you CANT FORGET that the double sided tape is NOT secure, but the zip tie is. As long as you don’t mind using zip ties, and you are ok with possibly needing longer cords to connect the lights.I’d HIGHLY recommend this product because the lighting is EXCEPTIONAL for your indoor plants that don’t have a good window to put them in.BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!!

Good
Very good. A lot of pieces to make it work for your setup. I have put it in bioactive setup and had almost no issues. There are cables and direct connectors, brackets for mounting and double sided tape included. I really like the product.

These light work as intended they are very bright, I bought the white type and I have no issues at all with those.Easy to set up, I didn’t use the double sided sticky tape, so I don’t know if they are good or not. What I know is that they warm up some not too hot but sticky tape usually come off if they get hot or warm, so it might not be a good idea to use those to mount your set of light. It comes with clip that are very versatile, that’s what I prefer.

Easy to assemble and functions well as a grow light. I liked them so much I bought a second set.I have plants in very low-light conditions and these are keeping them happy for multiple weeks now. The light itself is a pleasant warm white, not disturbing or distracting.Assembly is very straight-forward. The modular design is very useful. I glued (using the double-sided sticky foam included in the box) 4 of them in a series to the bottom of shelves in a shelving unit, then two more to a different shelving unit (each box comes with 4). There is one reasonably long cord with an on/off switch for the entire series, and each light can be turned off separately using a switch on the light itself, which is a nice feature. The glue did come off once causing a light to fall but overall they are very solidly attached. The box comes with zip-ties and hooks you can screw in, haven’t tried those.Keep in mind that the cords that go between the lights are rather short: they work for standards shelves about 12″ apart, but anything longer than that you will need to buy separate longer extension cords. I was able to buy these on amazon and used them for larger shelves with bigger plants. There is no timer (review asked for a timer function review?). But you can buy one that plugs into the wall if you want.

these work amazing. have been using them for growing year round in the winter, and for helping start seedlings in the spring. very little power draw. only thing I recommend it getting a timer so you don’t have to keep turning them off. plenty of options for lengths as well. will buy again, when theses eventually die off. eventually.
