Keeps Plants Alive and Thriving in Dark Corners
These work very well and I have ordered it more than once for different areas of my house. I’ve always thought that I had something of a brown thumb – plants just don’t survive long with me. But I was inspired to try again and bought these to help me, because I planned to put plants in a place that does not get very much natural light. And… the plants are still alive, even a whole year later.I still don’t think I know what I’m doing, but I do like being able to adjust how strong the light is and to change the angle to whatever I want. My plants are on a funky shaped little bookshelf so I tend to adjust the lights every once in a while as the plants grow, so it has been really helpful that way to have such flexibility. I do like the length of the cords as well – long enough that I can get to where I need. The lights are unobtrusive enough that they let my plants be the center of attention. The lights have a little bit of weight, so they won’t work on very small/lightweight things (rims of small pots, edge of a cheap locker organizer that I tried to repurpose as a shelf) but clip on extremely well in other spots (edges of desks and shelves/sides of bookshelves, rims of larger pots.)This time around, I’ve bought another set because I’ve branched out into another type of plant… succulents. So far, they’ve been doing pretty well and they are reaching for the light, so if I can manage not to over- or under-water them, I might be developing a bit of a green thumb after all… (or the lights are helping me fake having a green thumb, but I’ll take it!)

Great grow lights for dark winter days and nights.
I bought these grow lights for my house plants because we are in the dark winter. They are beyond my expectations. They arrived quickly, were packaged very well with padding placed over the bulbs. They have several different brightness settings and a timer as well. They are very well made and clip on easily to plant stands or window sills. The clips are padded so no need to worry about scratching your furniture. They are a nice size that allows you to reposition them if you need to water or adjust how much light your plants get. I can’t say how long they will last but based on the high quality I think they will last quite a while. I’ll update my review if I find the lifespan to be deficient. I bought several of these and I’m glad I did. 10/10

Saved my plants from death!
I should have bought these sooner.When I moved into my apartment, the window had lovely indirect sunlight. Perfect for the plants I have. But two years later, tall grasses and such have grown in front of the window. (My landlord is a bit of an ass and hasn’t had any extra landscaping done to the building, but I digress.) The summer months of increased shade started to kill my plants. Two died completely.Then I got fed up and saw that a plant light would be cheaper than any garden tool I could buy to clear out the brush. I’m so glad I purchased this light. It’s been a month and a half and my plants have come back to life. One, a spider plant, is regrowing straight from the dirt.Look, I’m a novice plant keeper. I have never had plants in my home before. Having plants has become important to me. It’s something I enjoy and helps chase off the depression. Seeing my plants come back from the brink of death has given me such an emotional boost. That’s worth every penny.One negative, though. You have to use the controls on the power cord. If you turn the switch they are connected to off and on, they will not turn back on again on their own. It isn’t a big deal, however.

Worked great for almost two years, but one stopped working
This was great, except for that after about two years, one of the lights (I bought two) seems to have stopped working well. The brightness suddenly is only half. I’m not sure if I should have expected it to last longer or if this is the lifespan.It clearly works and my plants did great with them. I got tape to put over the always-on LED.

Alumbran bastante, son automáticas y se ajustan a la posición que deseas. Parece que funcionan pero apenas son mis dos primeros días que las uso. Actualizaré de como se ponen mis hojas en un mes.ACTUALIZACIÓN: pedí otro juego de dos, mis plantas tienen hojas nuevas y se ven más sanas, si las recomiendo. Solo les agregaría más cable, es muy corto.

My plants love it. And only their vote counts. I would have given this 5 stars, but I can’t find the user manual online and so I still don’t know how to program it. Also, depending on where you live in India, there are power outages. So this will turn off the light. Overall, however, it’s a well designed product.

Reallly affordable and easy to use. I have some catnip plants, which had started to go a little yellow around the edges due to the change of season.. With this light they are green and blooming again, when kept on the full bright setting for 12 hours a day. They work very well at all settings though, and are very flexible and sturdy.
