I picked this up for our property out in the desert because, even though we already have several cameras, none of them gave us a proper eye-level view of people or cars pulling up. This one completely solved that.The image quality is awesome — super clear during the day and shockingly good at night. You can easily make out faces, clothing details, and most importantly for me, license plates. This is the real deal. Inexpensive and very effective. It was very easy to set up. You can adjust the sensitivity to motion, and it will take videos of anybody approaching your door. It also records sound with the video and if you get an alert, so you can see who’s at the door and speak to them through the doorbell, even if you are miles away. You can save the videos and make still shots from the videos.The camera produces very sharp images in color or in black and white when it’s dark. I think it’s a very fair price for this device and I’m glad I bought it. I’ve already recommended it to other family members who would like to be able to see who approaches their door.
