FAQs
1. How many users can view the device at the same time?
A: The owner account can share the device with up to 8 other accounts. Up to 3 users may view the video feed at once, but only 1 user can use the intercom. You can tap on “Share” to share the devices to your families.
2. Do you have to subscribe to watch in real time? Can this camera be used with a sd card without paying for any subscription for cloud?
A: This camera supports real-time viewing but does not support recording to an SD card. The videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service.
3. Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
A: No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection.
Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
If your network has both 5G or 2.4G please connect it to the 2.4G one.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Fantastic price, very easy install, LOVE the plug in piece doorbell for my home, no subscription needed. HOWEVER it requires cloud storage to see videos which I don’t understand since I have the cloud. That sorta irritates me but I still need to look into it. Has plenty of good features, and functions perfect even with the plug in part on the second floor, picture quality is great and really good features for sound adjustment and area viewing

Update: I thought I didn’t receive my doorbell speaker. It’s so small that I didn’t even realize it was in the box. Anyway, it was quick & easy to set up & mount. The daylight video quality is good. I haven’t checked night vision yet. One of my concerns is the battery life. I charged it to 100% & by the time we mounted it, it was already on 94%. Since it only took 5 mins to mount it, that’s concerning. Also the speaker has a lot of static, so trying to speak to someone over the intercom part is pointless. Another thing, some reviews say that the cloud subscription is $20..but it’s $29 for 1 year. That’s the cheapest one they have. That’s still a great price, compared to what we pay for our other camera subscription…Other than that, for the money you can’t beat it, if you need something quick & cheap. We have 3 cams in our yard, so I didn’t need anything fancy. Just something for the front door & doorbell. I’ll see how it works out in the next few days & I’ll update this. For now I’m at a 3.

This is great!! I love that I don’t have to be home to answer the door especially when neighbor kids are ringing the doorbell. I love that I can answer and see who is at the door especially while I am inside. I don’t have to get up and open the door when I am working on jewelry projects I can find out what they want while not interrupting my crafts. I also love that I do not have to pay a monthly fee. I have to recharge the battery every once in awhile. Easy to pull off and put back on the door. Also have a ringer to plug in the house to hear the doorbell but it also rings on my phone. 5 stars is too little. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! It also alerts me every time someone walks by my door. I can click on it to see who is walking by. Love it.

I gave only 4 stars because I just got it and wanted to see how it works. I bought it for my security because I’ve been getting an unwanted guest to my apartment and before I whoop some a$$. I need security first!First off it was an EASY SET UP! The instructions were very clear.There is a subscription fee, I paid $29.99 for a year, which I thought was very reasonable..The camera quality is great during the day but like I mentioned, I just bought it today so I’m excited to see it during the night.The connectivity is great. There’s no lagging as far as I could tell.It allows you to take screenshots, screen record, and two way talk. It also shows the correct date and time stamp. Which is important for me!It’s functioning well although I was skeptical on buying it because of security breaching but like I mentioned, I just bought the camera and I will see how well it works. The last one I bought from “TikTok Shop” was stolen before I could see it myself so I thought Amazon would be the safest route next purchase.I like this Design better anyhow. 🙂↔️
