Very high quality, hand tuned, easy to install, short but perfect, no tangles, pretty, and sounds great in mild to moderate winds. I haven’t experienced strong winds with them yet, but they seem sturdy.

***Beautiful Sounding Wind Chimes***
I purchased this wind chime to replace the exact same wind chime that had seen its final days. I believe the previous windchime lasted about 5+ years, it was the same brand, same style, etc. I loved the sound so much that I wanted to purchase the exact same one. The price here on Amazon was cheaper than the in-store price of $55.Pros:* The wind chimes are just absolutely beautiful sounding when the wind blows* Sturdy, I would say 5 years is a decent amount of time for a windchime to last* The weight is wood* Great priceThe reason I had to replace the wind chime is the ropes tying the wind chimes to the base eventually wore down after being in the elements and I started losing wind chimes. But again 5 years is a good amount of time before it started to do this.I mentioned that the weight is wood, this is very important depending on where you hang your wind chime. As you can see from my photos mine is close to my house. Years ago I would purchase beautiful-looking windchimes that had a glass weight. Inevitably the weight would hit the house too hard and break.I highly recommend this wind chime if your main goal is beautiful-sounding wind chimes.

good gift but not perfect
I gave as a gift. The box was pretty, there was some tissue paper in there, they were well packaged. It looks like a nice gift. But the 24 inch isn’t as big as I expected. The bronze is a weird color (just shiny brown). there’s no “assembly” required or anything, just to delicately untangle the strings.I don’t know that I would quite say they’re worth the money. They don’t feel heavy or substantive enough. I like the sound, it reminds me of church bells, and I think they were a good gift but I wouldn’t repurchase.

Delivered quickly and no damages. This is my 2nd Woodstock chime. My sister bought me a small one a few years ago and I had never heard anything so melodic and hauntingly beautiful.The one I just purchased on the picture I included is much bigger than what I had. It sounds very beautiful as well but it is of course louder, as it should given its size. This is the medium one shown on the Amazon site. I will be placing it in a better location as I don’t hear it enough.It’s too sheltered from the wind but I’m very happy with the tone and I have dangled it in my hand to really hear it. It’s not overly loud but you know it’s there lol. Happy with my purchase. I will be putting some wood wax on all wooden parts to protect it from drying.I added a short video for the sound. I was very close to it so keep that in mind. Beautiful!

C’est exactement ce que je souhaitais : l’article correspond parfaitement à la description. On reconnaît bien la mélodie du début d’Amazing Grace, le son est cristallin, suffisamment pour qu’on l’entende depuis toutes les pièces de l’appartement en ouvrant la porte d’entrée. Ma recherche était de procurer du bien-être dans ma nouvelle habitation. Je l’ai vu sur un site sérieux de Feng Shui qui recommandait la marque “Woodstock Chimes” pour être assurée d’avoir un objet de qualité qui produise l’effet escompté. Je confirme que les supports et le battant sont bien en bois et les tubes en métal, contrairement à ce qu’ont affirmé certains avis. Chaque pièce est soigneusement emballée dans du papier fin. J’ai lu moi aussi des avis défavorables anciens, datant de 4 ans auparavant, il est possible que certains sites peu scrupuleux aient vendu des produits de contrefaçon en plastique à ces personnes. J’ai toutefois décidé de faire confiance à ce site Feng Shui qui le recommandait et surtout à cette marque en allant sur Youtube voir et écouter une vidéo de présentation qui m’a convaincue. Il y a un choix de mélodies différentes où chacun peut choisir selon sa sensibilité, ma préférence étant Amazing Grace. Je suis absolument enchantée et ne regrette pas cet achat sur Amazon !
