I’m absolutely in love with this nail lamp works 100% as expected heck even better than I expected. Honestly, it definitely brings top-notch quality to anyone at home, trying to get salon quality nails from the comfort of their home. The lamp is super easy to use and the reflective panel on the bottom definitely helps when curing your nails so you don’t have to flip your hand over to cure both sides. Perfect for curing semi-cured gel nail strips on the fingers and toes.
I recently purchased this SUNUV Gel UV LED Nail Lamp and it has completely transformed my at-home nail care routine – it’s like having a mini salon in my own home. (The box arrived bashed, but it was packaged by Amazon and their packing is hit or miss; the lamp works fine, though.) I used to do my manicures using gel nail polish with all of the steps that go along with that and as nice as they looked, it was a time-intensive routine. At the time, I owned a very expensive, high-end UV light and ended up selling it a few years ago when I just got tired of the routine. Fast-forward to now when I only just discovered semi-cured gel nail strips (what took me so long?!) and these have been a game changer. I love the huge variety of colors and patterns and designs and they’re so easy to apply. I know this lamp may be overkill for this specific application, but I don’t care – I love it! The mini lamp that comes with some of the nail strip kits is adequate, but having this lamp makes for a quicker cure and I can ensure that they’re cured well.The various timer settings are great, but I do wish they were displayed on the front or even side of the lamp. I keep it plugged in on my table and I always have to turn the lamp around to ensure I’m selecting the right timer. I know I could use the Smart Sensor technology where you just slide your hand in and the light goes on, but because I’m using nail strips, I prefer to adhere to the exact time specified in the instructions.I like that this lamp emits daylight non-ultraviolet light that’s supposed to be safer for the skin and eyes, but I still wear gloves as added protection. I don’t move it around much (other than to look at the timer setting), but it’s a lightweight design and can easily be moved around which is helpful when applying semi-cured gel nail strips on my toes. If you’re looking to elevate your nail care routine, this lamp is an absolute must-have at a very reasonable price.

Has Been Great for Over EIGHT Years!!
To preface this review, I am a licensed nail technician and did nails professionally for 3+ years. I purchased this lamp in 2017 when I started nail school and it has been such a solid nail lamp for over eight years! Until recently, I have had ZERO issues with this lamp. This is the only piece of nail equipment that has lasted me since nail school. I used it and still use it for builder/hard gel, gel polish on fingers and toes, polygel, and the past couple of years I’ve been doing the gel-x method and have had NO issues. I know a lot of people doing gel-x have had issues with contact dermatitis, but a great lamp like this, is one of the major keys to preventing it. The only issues I’ve had started a couple of months ago, and it’s mainly with curing dark gel polish, especially if the coat isn’t really thin. I’m not even considering this as a negative, since I’ve had this lamp for EIGHT YEARS. It still cures hard gel/polygel under clear full-cover nail tips like a dream! I’ve decided it’s probably time to get a new lamp, and SUNUV will absolutely be the only brand I consider.

I love this nail lamp
I loved this nail lamp. It has several time settings that make it much easier to dry the gel, and the power is excellent, it dries very quickly without overheating the fingers. In addition, it is light, easy to use and the design is beautiful.I have used it several times and my nails last longer than when I used other lamps. Ideal for both personal and living room use. Very good value for money.

Had this since 2022, and it’s still going strong
I bought this lamp in 2022 after seeing it was used in a salon I always go to for gel manis. I’ve been using it regularly once a month or so, and it’s been solid! Love this lamp and how affordable it was. Cures all salon brands of gels that I have tried with no issues.

Great product, does just as it says. I love that the light goes on when you put your hand in and turns off when you take it out. Or you can set a timer in five differnt times. Even if you put your hand in and the light turns on you can set the timer after. Really easy to use. Hot enough to do my nails in 30 secs.The price is right and the delivery time was quick.

La neta la primera vez que la usé me decepcionó que no secara en 60 segundos, pero luego me di cuenta que también depende de la calidad del gel, el que usé esa primera vez es de bajo costo, después me apliqué uno de la marca Organic y en 30 segundos ya estaba seco. Todos los leds prenden, fácil de usar.
