Sturdy and well made watering can. A bit pricey for being plastic but worth the price.

Perfect size
Perfect size to water potted plants and my small garden spot. I keep it full at times(kept in the shade) to keep from blowing away in the wind. Also, to just grab and go water when needed. Especially my flower pots and potted veggies they tend to dry out faster. It’s made from very sturdy plastic. The opening at the top is perfect when adding fertilizer is not to small and not too large. If you fill it too full, water will spill from the opening but just for a few seconds. The spout will rotate to control the water flow and it is removable. Overall it’s been a great addition to my gardening tools. Last year I used a gallon jug and it was a little more cumbersome having to refill it so often.

Too expensive but better than any others I can find
I compare this to my vintage Rubbermaid which has been discontinued…the Rubbermaid has lasted 12 years and is always in the sun and the plastic has not degraded due to UV radiation. The HC brand is made of thinner plastic and while both are 2 gallon cans the HC is smaller in size. The HC is ok but is not nearly the quality of my old Rubbermaid.UPDATE: While not the same quality of my old Rubbermaid it is still a pretty good watering can compared to most of the others available in today’s market. Used it all season and it’s still holding up well, has been exposed to the sun all year and has not been degraded by UV rays.

Almost Great
A great and useful design. However, the Sprinkler Head was a Snap-On type that leaked water with every application at the union with the spout. A judicious application of flex tape solved the issue but a screw on Head would have been a better fit!

Not much to say here. Does the job well. Decent capacity and general durability.Second one in maybe ten years or so.First one is still up to task despite having the white sprinkler nozzle become brittle and fall apart – it now resides out back where sprinkling on flowers is less of a need vs. just putting water into pots.Would buy again.

Great Can with super Ergonomic Handle
The handle extends from the top to the side and offers multiple hand hold positions for easier less strenuous watering. The pour spout is mounted at or above the mid height of the can this eliminates unwanted spillage that bottom mount spout has. The removable sprinkler head gives the user two options for water delivery to his plants.

Bought this about a year ago and so far couldn’t be happier. I like that the spout end attachment comes off, it makes it easy to just pour a direct stream of water into a potted plant if you want.Beyond that, it’s stood up fine to general use and abuse. Gets left out in the sun all the time and hasn’t faded even a little.

So as a gardener that spends hours in my little allotment I can say the design hasn’t been well thought off.If you fill it near the top and poor over you’ll have water coming out of the fill port. You have to fill it to 80%They should have put the fill hole in the back and not the middle side.
