Quality Control issue
I ordered an 8×10 of an old photo. The product I received wasn’t acceptable quality. I understand that they didn’t receive the best digital image possible, but what I received shouldn’t be cleared for delivery. It’s hard to gauge the quality you will receive based on your upload to their Amazon site. By enlarging the photo, the faces were completely unrecognizable. If the Amazon site would somehow give you a grade for your upload, at least you would gain a perspective of the potential outcome. My upload should’ve reported a substandard result.

Does not look realistic
Had some issues with the editing software. The cropping tool is limited what it can do. My pics were cropped wrong twice, and not sharp and crisp. Edit your pics before you have prints made.
