Some much safer than the old brushes
The hard scraper does a great job of removing burnt on pieces while the scrubber and wipes are SO MUCH SAFER than traditional wire grill brushes. Cleanup is simple and you don’t end up with a bunch of splatter on your clothes. I’ve been using this for years.

Works well but could do without the wipes
This is a great concept but we ended up using a ton of wipes for each cleaning. We finally ran out of the wipes and instead of purchasing new ones, just used a damp rag that can be reused after washing. We also add lemon for additional cleaning power. The scrubber works well and is very sturdy.

Does the job at least as well as other cleaners, safer than metal ones
Good: The supplied Swifferesque wet wipes do a better job of cleaning than most dry scrubbers I’ve used. The brush and scraper make short work of baked-on BBQ sauce and such. Zero hazard of tiny wire bits finding their way into your food, a BIG problem with some cleaners. I was motivated to buy this in part from the second time I found a short piece of stainless-steel wire clinging to my grill surface after cleaning. You really, REALLY do not want to swallow anything like this, and that happens entirely too often. It surprises me that steel-brush scrubbers are still on the market.Bad: It has a hard time getting in between the grill bars; the scrubber really should be thicker and more flexible. I suspect (although to be fair I haven’t checked) that additional wipes will cost a big fraction of the entire kit.Bottom line: It works well enough, at a decent price. Buy it. Five stars.

Works very well !!
I just used these to clean my grill surface after smoking ribs for about 4 hrs and they worked very well. Cleaning wipes stay on the brush/scraper and got my grids very clean. As long as you use these after each cook, your grids should stay like new. The best part is you are not risking wires in your food and scratching your grates with the old wire bristle scrapers. I am very satisfied with this solution so far. I will update as I get more use.Update…..I have been using these wipes on my grill cooking surface for about 20 cooks and my grids are still like new clean! I like that it is super convenient to pop a wipe out and put it on the holder. It does take 2 swipers though generally to maintain a like new clean result. I have found that these are great too a a regular wipe for cleaning the outside of your grill and under the lid inside the grill. Better than any grill cleaning spray I have tried.
Nobody Suspicious –
Not so much, more of a final step than a solution.
This was a disappointment, it’s not something you can scrub with, it will rip or come loose. I have a grill with nice porcelain cast iron grates so they are quite smooth and easy to clean if you do it every time. With that in mind after I finished my steak the grill was still warm and I tried these out, not so much, it does nothing to get down in between the high spots (not deep at all on my grill). After a conventional brushing and a little oil the second try produced good results. This is more of a final step than a solution.

bbq cleaner wipe brush
I first saw this at my brother in law’s annual bbq. It’s amazing and NO bristles in your food. If you’ve been using steel bristle or other metal bristle THAT can get on your food. Then you ingest the bristles, which then CAN puncture your intestines or stomach! For real – no joke. This is a really great alternative. Clean, without health risk. You get the scrubber with 25 wipes. You can get replacement wipes. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Solid grill cleaning brush & wipes
This surprised me with how good it cleans the grill. Using the wipes attached to the brush provides a smooth clean to the grill slats. Gets a lot of gunk off pretty quick. Then once you remove the wipe and you use the tough scrub brush, the remainder comes off really easy. Cleans the grill great! I recommend it if you are worried about metal brushes and how they can leave splinters/shards on grill and are harmful to you.

It’s ok, but the design is flawed. Where you hold the jay cloth in place is awkward and the cloth isn’t quite long enough to hold it well

I received my Q Swiper Gill Cleaner Set on Saturday shortly before company was set to arrive (I’m not a 1980’s commercial, promise!) and was blown away by who quickly it removed the grime and build up on my outdoor kitchen smoker and BBQ. I had recently had a grease fire on my BBQ so I needed to take the components apart inside the grill to clean off the nasty debris that had accumulated over time. With very little effort I was able to clean EVERYTHING away with very little problem. When I moved to cleaning my smoker with the same minimal effort portions of the grill even had to original shine from when they came out of the box (had the smoker for 3 years)! The only regret I have is not taking before and after pics 🙂
