Shockingly Effective and So Beautiful on My Windowsill
I got this and figured it was worth a try to see if it could revive one of my mother in law’s snake plant babies that had basically given up on life. It was brown, shriveled, and totally dead looking. I put it into this little lighted planter and I cannot believe what happened. In about ten days I started seeing thick healthy roots sprouting everywhere. It is actually thriving in here. The warm glow from the LED light makes the whole thing look magical at night and the natural wood base matches my windowsill like it was made for it. It gets sunlight during the day and that soft light underneath in the evening and the combo has this thing growing better than it ever did in soil. I’m super impressed. This turned into one of my favorite decor pieces and an actual plant saver.

While beautiful, having the option to adjust the intensity would offer a bit more flexibility for different environments or times of day. However, this is a very minor point and doesn’t detract significantly from its overall appeal and functionality.Overall, I highly recommend this propagation station to anyone looking for a stylish, durable, and effective way to expand their plant collection. It’s a wonderful gift for plant lovers or a treat for yourself!

Quality piece with room for improvement
This is quite a bit smaller in person. Better used for propagation only. As a terrarium, it could only hold a small air plant or lower light baby succulent inside. The light is not that bright. I wish they added a timer feature to the light. Glass is clear without any cracks or bubbles. It’s a cute design for propagating. Would make a nice gift for someone starting with plants. Overall it’s a good value for the money, just pay attention to the size and know the light is not bright and does not have a timer.

Cute and compact!
I was impressed by the packaging. The glass vase comes in a foam cavity which keeps it secure. It’s always risky purchasing glass on the internet but this is something I’d feel decently comfortable sending as a gift.The inside edge of the cork ring is cut little rough and doesn’t have the same “polished” as the outer edge (this is especially visible in my second picture. This is mostly aesthetic BUT it does mean that the inside edge can get a little crumbly and drop debris into the vase. Speaking of debris, the light will show every fingerprint and pieces of dust/debris on the empty jar but this is mitigated when filling with water. I comfortably fit 4 pothos cuttings in my vase, still leaving enough of an opening to let oxygen in.The light is brighter than expected and has a nice warm tone. I don’t mind that the light has to be plugged in to be used, but I was annoyed that it only came with a USB cable and not a USB plug. I never seem to have enough of those laying around. Keep in mind that the light will promote algae growth so be sure to clean this out often!PS – please don’t put a live fish in this bowl! They deserve better. 🙂
