Poor quality control / Unresponsive seller.When retailing natural products such as sea sponges, quality control is paramount. But this seller appears to believe otherwise. The spongin branches began to separate from the base in after just two weeks of use once daily because the base was cut too short.I notified the seller but received no response.I would not recommend buying natural bath sponges from this seller in the future.

Update: On June 14th seller offered a replacement but I never received it. I thought at least the customer service is good but it is the same as my initial experience.—————Nothing like the picture or size. Please see in the pictures on what I received compared to what the seller advertised. I have previously had similar sponges. All were much yellower and soft than what I got. It is small and the largest dimension is almost 3.5 inches. It is brownish in color and very hard. Even after submerging in water this is very hard. I was on deal. Wasted my money. Dont buy.Initially my purchase did not arrive. Amazon customer care is great. They sent another one quickly. Yet what was sent to me seems the very bottom of the barrel.

This sponge was very disappointing. The first time I used it it had a split in it. I’m very unhappy with this purchase. I make many purchases with you and usually I’m very happy, but this was the first time. I was very disappointed. I would expect some compensation on my next order thank you.

This sponge completely fell apart in less than two months. Normally, natural sponges like this last me close to a year, so the quality is very disappointing.

Sponges not the size advertised.
This sponge is only 3 to 4 inches not 5 to 6 inches like it states in the product description. I use these for washing horses and this is just false advertising in my opinion. I did everything that was recommended and they are still only 3 to 4 inches.

I got a bad one
Very disappointed in this sponge it was just about in 2 pieces when I got it, held together by about an inch. It soon ( after2 or 3 uses) split into 2 separate pieces and then another piece split off. I’m left with 3 egg sized pieces. =[
