Perfect for My Desert Rose Seeds — Fast, Healthy Growth and Amazingly Quiet!
I was a little skeptical at first, but this NEEWER Silent Aeroponics Growing System absolutely exceeded expectations. I used it to start my exotic Desert Rose seeds, which are usually slow and finicky to germinate, and they sprouted in less than half the usual time. The fine atomization mist keeps the roots perfectly hydrated and oxygenated without waterlogging, and the LED grow light provides excellent full-spectrum coverage for consistent, sturdy growth.Setup was quick — the instructions are clear, and the design feels solid and well-made. The pump is genuinely quiet, which makes it ideal for indoor use on a counter or plant shelf. I also appreciate the low maintenance—just top off the reservoir and let it do the work.Tip: Use distilled water and a mild rooting nutrient for best results. The system really shines with seeds that need steady warmth and moisture, like adeniums, succulents, or orchids.Overall, this kit is a fantastic value for anyone growing tropical or hard-to-sprout plants. The growth speed and root quality are impressive — my Desert Roses have never looked this healthy, this fast!

Precise misting, adjustable light, good control for serious beginners
The atomizing aeroponics and 3 grow modes let you dial in seedling, veg, and bloom stages effectively. The LCD and touch controls are intuitive, water markings make reservoir management straightforward, and the 17.7″ adjustable lamp gives proper clearance as plants grow. Keep in mind the footprint is compact—perfect for herbs and lettuces, but not for large vegetables.

Very practical
I’ve been really impressed with this hydroponic seed grower. The mister keeps the seeds evenly moist without overwatering, and the fact that it runs so quietly is a huge bonus—I can keep it in my kitchen without it being distracting.Setup was straightforward, and I love that I don’t have to worry about soil mess. The seeds sprouted quickly and look healthier compared to when I used traditional starter trays. The sleek design makes it look nice on the counter, and the mister works gently enough that I don’t have to worry about damaging delicate seedlings. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, quiet way to start seeds or grow small plants indoors, this is definitely worth it.

Grow indoors at a great price
I have a lot of camera accessories made by NEEWER and all I can say is NEEWER as a brand is a class act. Everything that I have purchased from NEEWER is high quality and have exceeded my expectations. This NEEWER Basics Hydroponics Growing System Kit with LED Plant Light is no exception. We have an AeroGarden systems that is equally as great – smaller in capacity at twice the price, but is the closest thing that I have that compares. This NEEWER grow kit matches the AeroGarden in every aspect of quality and function. This thing is even more configurable (with a little manual) than my AeroGarden; which in truth probably does way more than I know – never read the manual. My AeroGarden has really served us well and I am sure this NEEWER grow kit will as well. If it came in a lighter more house décor friendly it would be perfect. At the listed price this is a real contender, so I will probably get over the color when my plants start producing.

Indoors aeroponics growing system
I am so excited to start using this aeroponics growing system! The design is sleek, modern, and compact, making it perfect for indoor gardening without taking up too much space. It comes with 15 seed pods, which is amazing for growing a variety of herbs, vegetables, and even small fruits at the same time. The LED grow light is bright, energy-efficient, and adjustable with 3 different modes to suit every growth stage, from seedlings to full plants. I love that it has a built-in timer and LCD display—it makes the whole process practically hands-free and ensures the plants get the right amount of light every day.The water level indicator is a smart touch, and the atomization technology really helps the plants get just the right hydration without overwatering. It’s quiet while running, so it won’t disturb daily life, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Overall, this is such a convenient and exciting way to garden indoors year-round—I can’t wait to see fresh herbs, vegetables, and even tomatoes growing right in my kitchen!

Researching for user manual 👎☹️
Not a review of actual system. This review is just to say there’s no directions just like it stated online before I purchased this unit, but they say go to the neewer.com in the book booklet it still does not take you to the instructions once you find the instruction manuals I could not find the my system even with the model number. I was so ready to use this system the first one that I actually decided to keep mainly due to the 36 watts All to disappointed because I cannot use it properly without the instructions. Thanks to the people who sent a screenshot of the lighting but the instruction manual and not a.com or calling would be much more appreciated.Print it on the inside lid of box.No more paper being used.

This is so cool! I have always wanted to try aeroponics gardening, but never really jumped in until now. Neewer is a brand I already trust for lighting and other products, so I thought, why not try this one. And I am officially a fan! This is very well made and super easy to set up. The lamp clips in easily, and it has a telescopic design, which is convenient when plants start growing taller so you can adjust the height easily. The lights are great, with adjustable brightness levels, growing modes, and a timer, which makes it easy to follow a schedule based on the plant’s growth stage. The brightness is strong, which is nice, but it can be a little intense at night depending on where you place it. It also includes an atomizer, which I find really convenient.Since this is my first experience with aeroponics, I was not sure if I could handle it or make it work, but in less than a week, the plants have already grown so much that it is impressive. Everything needed for a smooth startup is included: pods, domes, plant food, and light covers. The only thing missing is the actual seeds, but I like it better that way, since I can choose for myself which ones I will have, and it ensures these are fresh. I also scanned the QR code in the manual for setup instructions, and it was very well explained. It runs silently, which I really appreciate. The water tank is quite large, and I did not have to refill it often, though I am still in seedling mode, so it might need more frequent refills as the plants grow. Overall, it is a great gadget to have at home and a very good first experience. I would totally recommend this one for beginners like me!

This is my first attempt at an aeroponics system. I’ve used Neewer products for photography for years, so when I saw this kit, I felt comfortable giving it a try. When I first opened the box though, I didn’t know where to begin. The printed instructions were thin and didn’t mention important details like the atomization function. The digital guide on Neewer’s site added a bit more, though it still left me guessing. I ended up watching YouTube videos of similar systems to understand how to get everything set up.Seeds are not part of the kit, so you need to buy your own. That caught me off guard since I assumed the box would include everything to start. Once I picked up some seeds, I had to think about placement. Different plants grow at different rates, so you want to spread them out in a way that keeps them from competing for space and resources. I had to research this part on seed positioning to make the system more efficient. The stickers included are meant for the used holes only, in my opinion, so seedlings can pass through while the rest of the sponge stays covered. You can’t use it also on unused holes because the small cutout in the center feels flimsy and peels too easily and could potentially fall into the water, exposing the hole to continuous light. That can lead to mold in the tank. I decided to buy proper covers for the unused holes and placed them as you can see in my photos. Those worked much better, and I’d recommend them to anyone starting out.The grow light adjusts, though it stops at about 8 inches above the pods. I tried pressing it lower since seedlings benefit from 2–4 inches early on, though it felt like it might snap if I forced it. To work around that, I increased the brightness to 60 percent and set the timer for 16 hours on seedling mode. That gave me solid results. Basil and another herb sprouted in a few days. Tomatoes are slower, though I expected that. I also held off on the nutrient solution until a week passed, since using it too soon risks damaging seeds. The setup takes patience, and the guides leave too much out, though once the system is running, it’s exciting to watch the progress. I find myself checking it several times a day to see the changes. It feels less like a gadget and more like a small project I want to see through.

I just began using the NEEWER Basics Aeroponics Growing System (HGS02) and so far, the experience has been a good one. I have no prior experience working with an aeroponics system, so I needed a simple one to start out with and this kit is totally that. The installation was straightforward and effortless for a novice. It all came very well wrapped and well labeled, and the instructions were easy to read. I had it installed and operational in less than 30 minutes. The touch buttons and LCD display are easy to use. What I truly love so far:-Super quiet: The atomizer works almost silently. It switches on automatically in cycles, so I don’t have to keep an eye on it. No humming or buzzing perfect for a home office or in the kitchen.-Dimmable LED light: The grow light is super bright, and you can adjust it to 3 various growing modes (Seedling, Vegetative, Bloom). You can also change the brightness and light height according to the growth phase of your plants. Really cool and handy.-Capable of holding 15 pods: I have been trying out a mix of leafy greens and herbs. A few of the seeds have already sprouted after just a matter of days, which is pretty neat. They even claim it can grow plants 65% faster than with soil, so I’m curious to compare that over time.-Water tank is easy to keep track of: It is clearly labeled, so I know exactly when it needs to be replaced. The tank capacity is 5L, and the system will let you know the optimal level (very handy). It’s early days, so I’ll let it have some more time to see how well the plants do in the long term. But the design itself does seem thoughtful, it looks sleek and modern on the countertop, and it’s very low-maintenance so far. As a busy person who loves having fresh herbs and vegetables, this is exactly what I was searching for. Highly recommended for anyone who wants indoor gardening without the mess of dirt or the stress of sophisticated systems. Can’t wait to see how things work out in the next few weeks.

I recently got this NEEWER Basics Aeroponic Garden kit and it exceeds my expectations. First off, I have used and purchased many items from this brand. I have found all of them to be high quality and well made. This hydroponic garden is the best one I have yet. Currently, I have four hydroponic gardens, and this one is the most feature-rich of them all. The lighting levels and times are adjustable. This is not so with any of my other hydroponic gardens. The others that I have are adjustable to plant type but the timing is either on or off. 16 hours on 8 hours off.One thing that struck me about this hydroponic garden is that it has instructions on how to adjust the temperature and timing of the light depending on the stage of plant growth. I got things ready on the weekend and I planted my first seeds. I set the light for seedling at 10% for 5 hours on. The timer is working excellently and everything is going according to plan.Another thing that is different about this unit is that it has an atomizer built in. This creates a sort of fog-like situation inside the tank of the garden. It runs very quietly, even when the atomizer is bubbling a little bit.The adjustable height of the lighting fixture is common to all hydroponic gardens, but this one is easy to use.I am really looking forward to seeing my garden flourish as I have seeds sprouting after only 2 days. I think this is unprecedented in my indoor hydroponic growing experience.Another thing that this hydroponic garden came with that my others did not is little stickers to place on the pods. The main problem that I’ve had with my other gardens is algae growth. I used the stickers on the pods that I put seeds in and it seems to provide a nice dark environment for the seed to sprout and will hopefully deter any algae growth in the future.Overall I am very happy with this one and will definitely continue to use it. I will try to remember to update with more images after my crops are more mature.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Wow. I love it. Meets or exceeds claims.⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Hey, this is pretty great. Meets claims, but may be slightly lacking in non-critical area.⭐⭐⭐ = Meh. It’s okay but I don’t love it. Someone might like it. Falls short in a more noticeable area or not for everyone.⭐⭐ = Not great. Best to avoid. Very noticeable shortcomings or issues.⭐ = Nope. This is bad. Does not meet claims or is harmful in some way.**All opinions are my own and authentic, and written by me.**

This garden system includes everything needed to get started except for the seeds so you can pick your own. Strangely, there were no printed instructions included so I had to hunt them down on their website. It has spaces for 15 plants which is more than even my large Aerogarden. It is also quieter than my AG as there isn’t a aerating stone pumping air into the water. The atomizer is a whole different type of system and it seems to work fine with less noise. The light is easily adjustable for height and the programs are set through buttons on the top and an LED display. It is a compact unit with the ability to grow quite a lot of herbs, lettuces, or other vegetables. It would be perfect for a growing herbs in a small home. The only downside that I have had with this is the lack of instructions.
