Miracle Worker!
I am shocked at how well the hard water shampoo and conditioner worked. I have been dealing with stiff, brittle, dry and unmanageable hair for months now. I have tried so many shampoos and conditioners, leave in products, and even purchased a spendy shower filter and nothing has worked. The shampoo worked well, but the conditioner was the magic wand!!! I could immediately tell a difference when I rinsed it out, but the true test would be after I towel dried it. I couldnt believe it. I did nothing, applied nothing, after washing my hair. After towel drying, I was able to run my fingers from root to tip without an issue, just like I used to! I have since blow dried and curled my hair and haven’t applied a single drop of product. My hair is smooth, shiny, soft and so manageable. It’s like heaven! I had never had such unruly hair in my life prior to using this stuff, and thats saying a lot, coming from a curly girl. The scent was pleasant and not overpowering but wow… you have made a customer for life! Thank you for giving me my hair back!!

Smells like a hospital
I admit I ordered this shampoo without knowing what “Biotin” is supposed to smell like. Orange, mint, mango, strawberry are all very familiar, but Biotin? I should have looked it up before ordering, but “Biotin” was $10 less for the set than the familiar smells’ sets, and I figured if they put it in a shampoo it can’t be as bad as what you smell like before you use it. I’ve now concluded that “Biotin” was perhaps intended as a pheromone for doctors and medical personnel, because it smells like a hospital. (“I sense that you work in a medical environment like me: are you free for dinner when I get off my shift in 2 years?”) Clean, antiseptic smelling. Smell aside, I have to give this shampoo brand kudos for being paraben and sulfate free. It leaves my hair clean, soft, and silky, lustrous. So it does most of what a shampoo should do: Clean your hair? Check. Condition it and leave it silky and soft? Check. Is the hair lustrous and flowing, easy to manage after shampooing? Check. Make it smell good? Not as much. So, 4 out of 5 stars. FWIW I manage my smell expectations by continuing to use my old mango conditioner with the biotin shampoo. So now my hair smells like a mango in a hospital gift shop (do they still have those? Could be worse. Anyone remember beer shampoo?)

Ahhhh-mazing!
This is literally the best duo I’ve ever had for hair care. Period. I have hair that is down to my butt, curly and made ratty by crappy, hard water. I’ve RELIGIOUSLY used Tresemmé and have been experimenting with clarifying shampoo, in hopes of those working. They didn’t.I’m not sure how I found this hard easter shampoo and conditioner but it was top rated. I couldn’t even tell you the price of it right now because I don’t care. It works that well that I have switched and will forever buy this. And that’s saying a lot!My hair is silky soft. And I mean S I L K Y! Especially at the scalp. Not much dry skin itching from winter or menopause, or whatever. LolThe first time I used it, I only used the conditioner, and that alone was enough to sell me. Ladies, this is the one you’ve been looking for. You won’t be disappointed. For reals.

Very soft and shiny!
So I used this for the first time today. When I was in the shower I said this will not work for me (no lather) it could be because I am on a well which is hard water, but my other shampoos lather. I also like a clean fresh smell, you can barely smell anything. When I was a teenager my favorite shampoo was (Gee my hair smells terrific) that was my perfume I got compliments all day everyday for the smell of that shampoo. Never a need for perfume. However when my hair dried it was not frizzy, it is shiny and very smooth so the other stuff is important to me but the way my hair feels is amazing very soft. Very little hair fall out as well so I will be using it until someone remakes (Gee my hair smells terrific)

Too Smelly like Perfume & Hair too smooth
Just got the Onion one, so I have only used a few times. I was excited that it was an Onion Shampoo because I wanted to see if it helped my hair grow. Obliviously since I just got it, not sure about that outcome yet on hair growth. But I am disappointed with the perfume smell, I would rather have no smell, or a more neutral smell. I don’t like super over the top fragrance, and to me, it is too perfumy and fragrant. The bottle looks cool, I don’t like the green color for a bathroom, it is not a relaxing color to look at, but of course that was something that I knew when I bought it. The shampoo makes my hair too soft and flat, I don’t use conditioner on the top of my hair, and the shampoo made my hair too soft and limp. I was using a shampoo before that would make my hair light and fluffy . . . it was EO Shampoo that I got at Grocery Outlet, but now it’s not available at Grocery Outlet, so I am on the hunt for something new . This Onion Shampoo makes my hair smooth and flat. I am looking for simple, natural ingredients, and one that does not make my hair flat, at an affordable price, and that is not smelly. Which is hard to find!

LOVE THIS PRODUCT
I have dealt with dry, nappy, wont hold style hair (recent years I started to bayalage so theres some bleaching causing dryness as well) due to hard/well water for many years now. I am always skeptical on these types of shampoos because they usually over strip my hair and leave it feeling dry and hard to brush. This one is a game changer! From the moment I put the shampoo on my hair it actually felt silky and smooth even after rinsing out and doing conditioner. I like to leave the conditioner on the duration of my shower (15-20 min) since my hair is rather “thirsty”. I rinsed it out and added a little anti-humidity oil per usual. I expected the usual struggle with brushing from bottom to top to minimize hair knots pulling out in my brush but to my surprise there was barely a struggle. I am absolutley impressed and will definitely be a customer for life.
