Beautiful but slippery!
This rug is absolutely beautiful and SO soft! Almost a little too soft if that makes sense? The rug almost has a satin like feel to it when wearing socks so if you don’t have great balance or plan to use this in a bedroom, just keep in mind I would stay barefoot. Since this is going in my daughters bedroom I can’t really speak on the nonslip as we have carpet upstairs but I will say it does seem to shift when laid on the floor. I also noticed it had an off smell when I first opened it but thankfully it did dissipate within the first 24 hours.Over all, I’m very happy with it and my daughter absolutely loves it too!

Lovely pattern runner, poor quality rug material.
I am reviewing the HUGEAR 2×6 Checkered Runner Rug Black and White Bedroom Modern Shag Rug Super Soft Runner Carpet Washable Fluffy Vacuumable Area Rugs for Living Bedside Sofa Home Dorm Decor Non Slip, I ordered this for use in my hallway. I love the black and white pattern, which is very eye catching. Sadly, lithe material used is flimsy and not attractive. The bottom is slip resistant, which is nice as the rug stays out. The rug itself is not the best quality, almost too lightweight and doesn’t feel nice on bare feet. The price point is reasonable, but sadly the quality isn’t what I expected.

Pretty rug, lousy backing
I love things all black and white so this black and white checkered fluffy rug seemed like just a ticket. The rug is very soft although thin I wish that the fibers were a little bit thicker this is kind of a thinner pile of shag. The colors are nice and I like the white with the black check so I think that’s very classic looking. What I don’t like is the backing on this rug. There are a little dots of rubber that are supposed to keep this rug in place which I do not think actually keeps this rug in place it shifts constantly. I also picked up a fairly strong odor when opening this rug. I’m hoping that that will dissipate with time. I think that there are better options out there.

Adorable, and a great deal!
So stinking cute and my teenage girls bedroom. We have a different rug, but we just put this one in the center and kind of modernized the look of it. The first thing that you notice is how soft and silky it is. It feels so nice on your feet. It’s one of those things where you’d wanna kind of rub your feet on it and pet it because it just feels so good to the touch. It’s very thin actually. The backing on it is not like the best. Most high-quality rubber backing. It’s like cloth with rubber dots but I think that will make it so that it washes up better cause sometimes with a thick rubber backing it breaks off in the wash. I don’t think this will do that. The quality is not really high, but this rug is only 55 bucks at the time of me writing this review and I think it’s absolutely worth the $55 for the cute factor, and for how soft it is. It’s like amazing feeling to sit on it. We got the pink and white and the colors are just adorable. It’s a nice creamy white and a slightly mauve pink. So cute!

Nice looking shaggy runner
This runner is what we were needing for our bedroom beside our bed. The colors look great for the bedroom. The backing has tiny rubber dots on it to keep it from moving around, so far so good. The runner is cushioned but would be nice if it was a little thicker. One thing noticed is that the material feels slippery when you walk on it, which doesn’t bother me, but maybe someone with bad balance could be an issue maybe. I like that it doesn’t shed. It’s not a bad runner for the price.

This looks something like a 50’s kitchen tiling system, but feels as different as could be. Not just good to rest your bare feet on after a long day, but fun for the babies to crawl on; and affordable enough to be a minor indulgence, not a major expense.

Cheap quality
The checkered rug is really cute, but the quality isn’t the best. The material is more of a silky, slippery fur rather than a plush, fluffy rug, so it can feel slick under socks. It’s cute, and I ended up putting it in my daughter’s room. But quality-wise, it’s not the best, and I have a feeling the fur material might shed easily. I’ll update in a few months if I notice any issues.
