Solid chairs but instructions could have been better.
Chairs are very sturdy. Instructions are lazy and could have been more detailed. The pictures don’t show the orientation of legs cross beams.Cross beams has two sides and the longer needs to be on top.When placing the seat onto the frame make sure the small holes, near where your neck goes, face inward towards each other.

Defective Part
One chair was defective as the thread would not accept any screw. Spent hours trying to assemble what was a surprisingly difficult assembly. I am not sure if I can get the part for the remaining chair? Probably not.UPDATE: The manufacturer and seller are separate. The manufacturer will tell you to find the seller, and the seller does not have listed contact information. Not sure if this is standard, but I would imagine a very challenging situation for customers.

Chair Assembly
Comfortable and quality construction. Once we figured out the assembly process the other 3 chairs went smoothly. The instructions were lacking in key details.

Difficult to assemble
I am not the greatest at assembling things but I could not get this assembled. The last screw could not reach. I hired someone and they got it all assembled but told me some of the screws need to not be fully screwed in for it to assemble. Also, some of the parts looks slightly slanted when assembled. The chairs are comfortable though.

Easy to assemble, but lots of parts. Stack nicely. Are very comfortable.

Bad manufacturing
Holes in seat improperly drilled. The last chair, and could not completely put it together. Contacted customer support like the manual suggested, was referred to Amazon who only offered a refund. All chairs put together except 1, and I’m supposed to return it!
