Perfect fit for my storage area!
My house came with a built-in coffee bar. Over the years we’ve stored lots of different things in it, but could never quite find the right size storage bins to use in it. FINALLY found these and couldn’t order them fast enough. I am impressed with how sturdy they are, and they look great with our kitchen decor. SUPER happy with the size and quality of these bins!! (Don’t mind the rest of the mess–it’s a work in progress!)

Functionality

Nice for organizing but not super sturdy
I ordered the 6 pk of XL storage bin. They look nice and are the perfect size for what I was looking for but they are not as sturdy as I had hoped. They do come with a covered cardboard bottom but the sides are fairly flimsy. I reorganized my coset and used these for shoes (the perfect size as they hold several pairs) but we will see how long they hold up. I did receive one extra bin (no bottom) in my package so I guess that was a bonus.

Storage Basket Bin
Nice size for keeping winter hats, gloves and scarves. Keep it on top of the coat tree. Fits nicely on the shelf and looks good. It is easy to handle and stands up well to use.

Lightweight and a comparison with another product
I have a lot of experience purchasing fabric storage containers from Amazon, big box stores and home decorating stores and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with these because the reviews were really all over the place. Some because of the quality and some because it was missing the bottom portion that gives it its structure.I received it with all parts and I initially thought I was missing the bottom portion because they’re so thin that I wondered if people might have put two accidentally together.These storage containers are good quality and have between light to medium structure on the sides and light structure in the front – since it has a seam down the middle. It will work well for lighter items, clothing and toys. If you’re using for large laundry detergent bottles, you would have to support it from underneath. I’m going to list below my best comparison that I purchased on Amazon that would support heavier items like books. It is also a couple inches more in height and that can make a difference on what will work for you. It is also about $13.00 higher in price for four than this item. They do come in different sizes, however, 11 inches is the smallest. They also come in a variety of colors like this product.Posprica Storage Cubes, Storage Bins Foldable Storage Baskets Thick and Heavy Duty (4pcs, black).I gave this product five stars because it is good quality and as advertised. The measurements were exactly like the product listing photo shows and I measured all sides. It did work well for me and most importantly the price. Quite disappointed with these “bins”. Figured to give it a try with all the positive reviews, but these are worse than what I can find at the dollar store. I don’t understand how these bins are getting all these good ratings, it just doesn’t make sense. There are much better options that are sturdier, built better and at the same price point.Save yourself the trouble and just skip these. They are practically overprised disposable bins, which is soooo bad for our environment.
