Beautiful and delicate
I loved this lamp, it’s more than I expected, it’s simple and delicate. It works perfectly, you can adjust the intensity of the light above. The quality with which it is built is excellent, it already comes with a small note in some of its parts that you should not put more than 150 watt which is perfect for you to know up to what heating level it tolerates, came with 2 💡 9 watt equivalent to 60 watts and the other one is 3 way led bulb of 5/8/16 watt. Really, as you can see in the photo, it lights up a lot and I don’t have any other light on in the room. I consider the weight to be moderate, it is not very heavy or very light. And it is perfect, only that if you are looking for it to have a lot of stability to the floor, well, if at least I could notice that even though the floor is flat where I place it moves a little if you touch it abruptly but outside of there it stays in place it is not much that moves. So far it’s the perfect fit for my needs. ✨💕

I love how beautiful this lamp is and it’s definitely a step up from my 11 year old cheap looking black floor lamp that was frankly an embarrassment. I do wish the shades were glass but that would raise the price considerably and I knew they were plastic when I ordered it. Even with the plastic shades, it looks more expensive than it was. The larger lamp has 3 brightness options and my only regret is that the two smaller lamps do not because they are EXTREMELY bright. I wanted a task lamp but these are kind of blinding. I need to order a replacement bulb that isn’t quite as bright. Oh, it’s heavyweight and sturdy and took me (70 yr old woman) 5 minutes to assemble.

Lamp is good – bright, attactive – AND THEN IT BREAKS
I bought this lamp a year ago. It was exactly what I wanted: an attractive torchiere with multiple bright lamps. It worked fine for a number of months, then one of the lamp switches failed (I forget which). I called customer service which was EXCELLENT. The lamp was replaced promptly, and they even told me to keep the other lamp – which I did and used it elsewhere (with its failed switch – I would just screw the bulb in/out as needed). So, I started using the replacement lamp. Well after a few months, similar issue but worse – one lower lamp completely stopped working (I tried changing light bulbs too). Also, the switch on the other lower lamp is has been getting more and more difficult to turn (it really takes an effort to turn on/off). I have no doubt the company would again replace the lamp, but enough! I cannot keep calling customer service, get a big box with a new lamp, spend time (albeit <30 minutes) to put it together, etc. A good lamp needs to work out of the box for a reasonable amount of time - that means more than six months. I'm giving this a 3-star review (rather than 1 or 2 star) because despite issues, the lamps worked well for awhile and customer service was quite good! But at this time, I'm looking at other options for torchiere lamps.

I think it could be made clearer that this is a two pin American Plug & therefore need a plug adapter for USA. Also the larger 16w bulb failed after 10 days but after sending a couple of messages to supplier they agreed to replace & sent me two bulbs as the supplier could only purchase two bulbs. These 3 way bulbs are quite expensive to buy in the UK

This is a perfect lamp. It can provide light for me to do my hand stitching or to read by and it provides some subtle light when I’m watching television. I can choose which one of those to turn on or can have on many at the same time. I also love the fact that the top light is a tri- light so we can have the right light for whatever occasion we require.
