Wonderful product all around
I have owned a residential cleaning company for 20 years so trust me when I say this is an excellent product. I use on stinky drains and it works awesome. I use to mop Client’s hard floors (not wood) if they are pet owners. Fresh and pleasant scent that does not linger. It removes orders (and stains if treated in timely matter.) cleans well when used as a pre spot treatment when shampooing carpets. Awesome price for an enzyme cleaner. I will treat the washable pee pads before throwing in washing machine and they always come out not smelling like urine.

This stuff is awesome!
Strong cleaner that knocks out any biological messes. Bought it because I could still smell the dog accidents in the house. Every other cleaner and peroxide i used “masked” the scent but this stuff actually destroyed it. Hubby tried it in a vehicle he was cleaning that had blood on the headliner and it disappeared, along with other dirt, with a quickness. Light clean scent but slightly irritating if you’re not in a well ventilated area. No residue left behind, not a strong odor/scent. I then tried it on my work clothes and a little goes a long way. The oil/food odors are gone. Im definitely getting more of this stuff!

Worth it if you have pets or stains!
This works wonders for pet owners. Very comparable to brands that are double the price.It has removed small amounts of blood completely. Itworks really well on pet urine in carpet, just let it set for 30 minutes or after application and I use a steam cleaner to suck it up all the way until it comes up clean. .Smells great and not overpowering.Definitely a repeat customer.

Great product, cleans well, smell is nice!
I used to go to my janitorial supply to purchase “Liquid Alive”, which also was a great enzyme cleaner – smelled good also. When I finished it, saw on Amazon their enzyme cleaner and thought I would try. It works wonderfully and I know I will be ordering it again. Just as a “heads up”, on any cleaner being used on urine stains in carpet, especially those that have set in, still in most ways remain. This cleaner by Amazon does remove smells, cleans normal carpeted areas, can lift immediate urine stains and is an excellent cleaner for other household projects. It performs well, is concentrated and a great value and having it being delivered by Amazon is a plus!

Worked Better Than Expected
I absolutely love this stuff. I just adopted 2 kittens and we had a few accidents. So I was looking for something that really gets that cat pee smell out of stuff and not harsh on the lungs. This product is worked beyond my expectations – it removed the smell and yellow stain out of a white towel. I clean my whole house with it and use a little in my laundry. I usually clean with a disinfectant first and follow up with the Bioda, however, it’s effective by itself. Also, a little bit of this product goes a long way. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

A Must in All Households
This vital for potty training, elderly, and even ambulatory care. Its cleaning power to remove all bodily function odor is phenomenal. I use it in the wash and to pretreat bed pads, mattress protectors, and solid clothing. It’s easy to use. I use about 1/3 of a cup for the laundry and wash as usual. I have found that once I allow the clothes to air dry, then put into the dryer on fluff, the clothes and bedding come out perfect clean and without any residual film or any tackiness from the cleaner. Odors do disappear after one use. Cleaner is virtually order less and can easily be poured into a spray bottle to pretreat or use in other area like the bathroom or just to clean your washer.

Citrus smell✅ Didn’t Blow Me Away ❌
Smells like citrus and is pleasant for a while, but can have somewhat of a vinegar underscent after a bit.I have 9 kids and 5 of them are boys.I did pour this around the toilet in the bathroom where urine can seep around, but it didn’t seem to “eat” away the proteins like I was hoping it would after peroxide disinfecting the areas. It’s nice for a while but I’m not totally sure it works as well as some of the other pet bio treaters I have used in the past.
