Have only had to use one pair so far this year, still super sharp and works well. The lock will sometimes flip in the way so that is occasionally annoying, but is still worth it. As I used it to cut my tomatoes they did get a little sticky, but once I washed them with some soap and water I haven’t had any problems. The size makes it really easy to snip herbs and tomato suckers.

Great little garden scissors. I also have a nice name brand set that was 3x the price, and honestly, these are just as good so far. Only had them one season, but so far, not really any difference. We’ll see how they hold up over time, but I do have 4 of these… so even if they do wear out, I have spares. I have several different sizes of garden shears — these being the smallest. Good for cutting soft things like stems on fruits and veggies and trimming leaves and ends of shoots and such. Not so much for cutting woody branches… next size bigger (a small bypass lopper) is for the more woody things.

Best clipper set on Amazon, I’ve tried almost all of them. They’re just as good as the $20 a pair kind. Maybe even better. They feel good in your hand, not all cheap and flimsy like others. Definitely recommend
