What app does the camera work with?
You need to download the Arenti app on the App Store or Google Play and sign up for a free account.
I have created an account on the Arenti APP, how do I connect to the camera?
1-Click the ‘+’ icon on the page & choose P2Q
2-Enter the correct wifi information
3-Scan the two-dimensional code on the app at an appropriate distance
4-After the beep sound, click the button & wait for 20 seconds, the setting is finished
What should I notice when connecting to the camera?
1-Make sure the red light is flashing before setting up
2-If the router is a dual-band and you want to connect 5g, please connect 2.4g first, and then connect to 5G.
3-Make sure the device and mobile phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi

Where is the socket for the SD card?
There is a tiny little slot on the bottom of the rotating piece. Just move the ball (camera) upwards.

Such a great find!
My English Mastiff tore both of her CCLs and it left her mobility super limited. Leading up to surgery I was anxious leaving her for any extended period of time because she was so uncomfortable. And now that she is freshly post op (surgery 2/20, picked her up 2/21)I’m even more anxious. For real, I was worried about her licking her surgical spot while I was in the shower. I want to avoid putting her in the cone of shame; she is already miserable and I don’t want to add to it.This was an impulse purchase based on my anxiety and concern for her wellbeing. The last cameras I got (for exterior, and a different brand) were such a let down that I was nervous about buying another camera, so when I saw this one for under $30 it felt worth a try for my sanity.Let. Me. Tell. You. I am SO impressed with the quality. It lets you move your view around via your phone from far away. The picture is clear and it does a great job with natural light and night time. The walkie-talkie works, though there is deffo a delay and I *think* the sound quality from the camera is funky. It left my girl howling when I tried to talk to her. (See first photo, her head cock was at the camera sound.).I’m not super impressed with the app. I haven’t figured out how to get to the motion alerts without receiving one and following the notification. The motion detector seems pretty sensitive too. We were snuggling and I rolled over a little and BAM, I got an alert.That being said, I mostly care about the live and being able to creeper on her. I don’t need to go watch a whole day back.It was really easy to install. I haven’t paid any mind to storage or security. Given when I am using the camera for I don’t have concerns about those thing.I do wish it had a turn off button. I have been unplugging the camera when I’m home with her because I don’t need to get alerts about myself. It also kinda sucks that it has to be plugged into power to be live vs. recharging or allowing it to run on its own if needed. For my use, I don’t really care though.It is also possible that if I actually read the entries booklet that I’d have some answers for some of the things I don’t care for.Just buy the camera!

I purchased this item so I could keep an eye on my cat And the house. This worked very well, I was able to pull up the cam and check anytime I wanted to. The quality of the video was excellent, I was able to move the cam around like I wanted to, the directions were very easy to follow.

Good Quality, Needs some Tweaks, Requires SD card
Overall very happy with this camera. I love that I don’t need a subscription to use it, the quality of the video is great, it sees well during the day and at night, and I can hear and project sound well through it. The app that comes with it could be a little easier to use, it takes a while to figure out where all the settings are and some of the features don’t have explanations so I’m not sure what they do or don’t do. I like that you can turn off the “work” light so the blue light isn’t showing all the time. It’s okay at tracking movement and doesn’t catch everything, but it might also have to do with where I placed the camera. You can set privacy hours where it stops recording when you’re home or turn it off completely from your phone. You can have it detect humanoid shapes vs other movements and do scheduled scans of the entire room.My only gripes about this camera is that you have to buy your own SD card instead of it coming with one, though if you wanted to pay for cloud storage you could do that instead I suppose. its about $4 a month. the other issue is that it doesn’t tilt very far down, so when I had it placed on the fireplace mantle it wouldn’t show the ground and I had to place something underneath it to prop it at an angle so it can see to the ground. The other problem is that it does regular “security scans” even in the middle of detecting movement, so my dog might walk by and rather than continue tracking him, it will stop and do a security scan where it spins in an 360o circle and stops tracking any activity. the notifications can be a little annoying, as it send a notification for everything – like movement on a TV or very subtle movements (my dog lifting head from the pillow). I get notifications like every 5 minutes. You can of course turn those off if you want, but I want to know if my dog is up to anything so I keep it on.

I can’t even pronounce this brand, but it was cheap! This thing still works after 2 years and every feature it has, actually worked! The app is easy to use it has great features like allowing you to adjust the motion sensitivity. Both the camera and app were easy to install.

This is exactly what I was looking for. great wifi 5g connection, reasonable price, great view, clear video. It os mountable and it works great on my Alexa and my phone. I can now see my mom wherever I go. I will be getting two more.

It’s working well and will replace Nest cameras
Purchased because it provides the ability to use a SD card for storage so I can stop paying Google to spy on me. It works pretty well, definitely sharper images than Nest and the pan and tilt feature is great. I was super annoyed with the automatic rotations however as it would rotate and miss part of the the recording. Also frustrating I wasn’t able to find instructions to turn it off. I was ready to return the cams but decided to reach out to support and was surprised to get a prompt response tell me exactly what to do to stop the patrols.(provided below). The settings could be a bit more streamlined in my opinion. Overall a good camera and I will probably get a few more. To disable the automatic patrols:• Turn off the motion tracking function under PTZ setting (different from motion detection)• Turn on the noise detection under Alarm management• Turn off the abnormal noise inspection function• Turn off the scheduled inspection function.• The camera will be fixed in the position you set and will not rotate.

Lo compré a finales de noviembre y al día de hoy el rastreo de movimiento ya no funciona, es decir, la camara dejó de girar, se quedó atorada y solo enfoca un solo lugar. Al principio si giraba y enfocaba muy padre toda la casa, pero desde hace unos dias se quedó estática, hace un ruidito como si quisiera girar, pero no gira. Me duró muy poquito el gusto.
