Shockingly Good — Here’s Why
I placed the adhesive strip on the tile of the shower wall. Pressed it firmly in place. Let it sit for 30 hours before I went to put the shelf on. Congratulated myself on my patience. Then, as I went to place the shelf on the hooks, I realized that I carelessly (alright, stupidly) adhered it with the hooks facing down…doh! After a minute or so of quiet self reflection on my extraordinary DIY ineptitude, I decided to attach the shelf just to see how it looks. It looked quite nice and, shockingly, it seemed to be pretty firmly attached. I put a couple of products on it. Still good. Somehow, these fine folks have designed their product in such a way that even though I screwed it up I didn’t screw it up. Somewhere, probably in China I’m guessing, there’s a product engineer who deserves a raise.

Very sturdy
These things are the bomb they are very sturdy and they haven’t fell off at all. I have a different brand in my other bathroom and every time someone gets in the shower I hear them falling off. Only had for a couple of months so we shall see.

Should you buy it
Works great, looks great, easy to install and holds up just fine, also no soap scum. Good quality. Haven’t had it long enough for rust. Recommend if you’d like some storage space that looks nice in your shower.

Sturdy
IMO I think it’s best that you install the adhesive strips and let them set for 24-48 hours before you mount the shelves. It’s a nice and sturdy set. I got this to replace a corner set that I had that kept getting in the way of the showerwand, so I thought I would move the caddy out of the way and create more space. This does just that. The depth is slightly larger than average. However, the height of each shelf is 1.5 to 2 inches taller than the average shower caddy, so it makes it feel more secure when you’re putting heavier bottles in. The only reason it does not get five stars is because I wish it had more hooks. I had to use a couple removable hooks from my other set. The provided hook for shaver only allows you to hang one. I also have a foot scraper that would have just been lying around so, I also attached a holder from a previous set.
