Surprisingly Great Set — Thoughtful Design, Budget-Friendly, and Opaque!
I’ve used a lot of self-watering planters over the years—ceramic, plastic, even some homemade ones —and I have to say, this set completely exceeded my expectations for the price. It isn’t fancy, but what it does offer is functionality, thoughtful design, and reliability for plant parents who want a forgiving setup.The variety of sizes is great when you’re not sure exactly what you’ll need. The build quality feels sturdier than other plastic sets I’ve tried. I especially love the removable water spout—it makes filling easy but doesn’t ruin the clean look when not in use. Huge win.Setup is simple. You drop the string in (they give you plenty, which is rare), add your potting mix (I layer in clay pebbles too), and you’re good to go. I wouldn’t expect a full week between waterings—maybe every 3–4 days depending on your plant and environment—but that’s reasonable for this kind of setup.My favorite part? The whole thing is opaque. I hate when clear reservoirs show algae and grime. These stay looking neat, no matter what’s going on inside.Is the reservoir shallow? Yes. But that’s part of what makes it stable—especially since this is plastic, not heavy ceramic. If you want deep watering and long intervals, this might not be your match. But if you want affordable planters that work and don’t tip over, this set delivers.For $25, you get 6 pots in assorted sizes. That’s a great deal. I’ve paid more for just one ceramic pot. For something like Hoyas or plants that don’t mind drying out between waterings, this is ideal.Final Verdict: 5 stars. It’s not perfect, but it’s smarter than it looks, better than expected, and absolutely worth it for the price.

Bottom watering planters
These planters are great. Easy to assemble. No chance of over watering as plants are kept moist from watering from the bottom keeping roots just moist enough

Nice look and size options, but tricky bottom attachment
I really like these pots. They have a clean, simple look that goes with just about any room or plant. The variety of sizes is great. I was able to use them for several different plants and they all look nice together. The self-watering feature was what made me buy them, and it works well once everything’s set up.The only thing I didn’t love was attaching the bottoms. The instructions say to twist clockwise to lock, but that didn’t really work for me. The “open” and “close” markings are hard to see, and the locking system feels a bit loose, especially on the bigger pots. I just make sure to check the base before moving them. Other than that, I’m really happy with how they look and function. They make my plants look great, and I’d still recommend them.
