Really love this soil blend and it’s well draining
I really love this soil blend. Unfortunately I opened my bag about a month after I got it and I had little gnats. I’m chalking it up to me letting the product sit and will still use it but treat it to get rid of the gnats.

Great Organic Potting Mix for Houseplants
I am buying this potting mix for the third time, and I’m very happy with it. The soil is very light, airy, and works perfectly for my indoor plants. The roots breathe well, the water drains properly, and my plants look much healthier. I also like that it’s organic and peat-free. I definitely recommend this potting mix to anyone looking for quality soil for houseplants!

Great Soil for Succulent Beginners
This was my first time buying soil for succulents, and I was really happy with the Back to the Roots mix. When I opened the bag, it did feel slightly damp, but that’s normal for organic soil and it didn’t smell bad at all. The texture is light and drains well, which is important for succulents.I did notice some small twigs and bits of bark, but after learning more, I found out that’s actually good—it helps with airflow and keeps the soil from getting compacted. My plants have been settling in nicely, and I feel confident as a first-time grower that this was the right choice.I also love that it’s organic and made in the USA. For anyone starting out with succulents, this mix is a solid option!

Fast draining while retaining moisture
This is the best cactus/succulent soil I have purchased to date.this product is fairly coarse and drains very well while staying moist for several days.it contains just enough pest,horticultural sand and perlite and alow analysis organic plant food.my echinopsis strains love it!!!

Plants Thrive in This Mix
I really like this soil mix. I use it for my indoor plants and to start seedlings, and both do very well in it. You can tell they put care into the ingredients because the texture, drainage, and moisture balance are just right. My plants respond well every time, and I’ve seen strong roots and steady growth. Last time was fine but this time…
Ummm the dirt is fine I think but this time around the bag was THICKLY COVERED in dead flies it was disturbing! I thought it was caked on dirt but it was not eek! I haven’t opened the bag yet but I hope there isn’t a pest infestation inside…
