I haven’t tried it yet because there are no instructions for mixing. It is super concentrated and 1 gallon can make 64 gallons using it on many surfaces. No phone number to contact company is on bottle

Almost Perfect
This is seriously one of the best enzymatic cleaners I’ve used for pet messes. It completely eliminates odors, even tough cat urine, instead of just masking them. The large concentrated bottle is a great value, and it worked wonders on a set-in carpet stain I thought was permanent. My only reservation is the scent; while it’s light and fresh, it doesn’t completely disappear, which might be too much for sensitive noses. If the scent were more neutral, it’d easily be five stars. Highly recommend for serious pet owners.

Nice smell
Enzyme odor and stain removal has a nice big bottle and clear instructions and multiple uses. Floor, drain, grease traps, septic and more. Can’t wait to try it. It’s clear and has a slight botanical smell to it and says there is live organisms that work agains odor. Nice smell. Tamperproof seal. Only thing I would add to label is ingredients. If secret, then at least put of perfume/artificial or natural smell as some people/kids react when not natural. As well, on that vein of thinking, it’s important to let people know if there is a smell at all as that can also be a sensitivity for spectrum and others. Otherwise, we really need this with our animals and now that we see drains and more, we’re going to see how that goes, too!

Great results on very old stains and on skunk smell, too!.
This product works very well on numerous, even old, types of stains. I used this on a rug in my catio that had several previous hairball accidents (see pic 1). I soaked the stains as directed and let it sit for about 20 minutes and then wiped it with a wet cloth ( see pic 2, taken after it dried). I re-soaked it and wiped again ( see pic 3, taken after it dried). I feel that there was a big improvement. I followed the same steps on a runner that is located in a breezeway near a planter that water runs out of regularly. This has caused mildew to accumulate over time. Again, this product did a wonderful job. I may use a brush to remove any remaining stain. I appreciate that this is bio-enzymatic and safe to use around pets. I would recommend it!UPDATE: A skunk decided to get into my garage cabinets where I store my cat food. He hid in the very back and when I was moving items to locate him, he let loose with his foul smelling spray. (I captured a pic of him after opening the door while he was leaving -see photo.) I immediately thought about this product and sprayed it inside the affected area several times over the next several hours. I let it dry, then used a damp shop rag to wipe the area, then sprayed the product again and left it to dry. Amazingly, it greatly reduced the odor within a few hours and most of it within a few more. I also sprayed it throughout the cabinet and anywhere I thought the skunk had been and let it dry. I can’t say enough about how impressively this product performed!

WORKS
This stuff works great. Cleans up pet messes – no foul leftover smells. Easy to use.Spot-treat problem areas before putting in the wash. Pre-treat areas before mopping. Add it to mop-water.The most common way I used this stuff was to put it into the “mop water” for my Bissell shockwave power mop. I probably went through 2 or 3 gallons of this stuff over the course of the final year with my Weimaraners (RIP). There were so many messes; the Bissell was always on stand-by.Anyway, using this to mop up the hardwood after all that – my hardwood (and subflooring) smells fine.
