This camera operates exclusively on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. When using dual-band routers, ensure your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks have separate names for connectivity.

Why can I only see pictures but no videos?

I highly recommend this item! I caught a limited time offer and spent less than 60 bucks on my security system at home. I am so happy with this product. It was extremely easy to install on my front door frame. And I have the second one indoors facing outside. So one I can use outdoors and one inside so I can talk to my cats while I’m out. The quality of the video is very good. High quality with the sound as well. Mic and speakers work fantastic. The flood light is very bright and I am very happy with the alarm system and how easy it is to learn all the functions that come with the camera. I will buy subscription to cloud but at the moment I am using sd micro cards and ii is such an ease to navigate my daily tasks at home and out while feeling so secure.
