    Fabulous Cleaner but No Scent
I am just absolutely in love with this dish soap.Use it for literally everything including floors, even put it in a spritz bottle for instant clean up messes. The only thing missing was a nice scent so I happened upon this and thought bingo. The only problem is this has no scent at all either. So buy this dish soap but don’t buy it for the scent cause it has none 🙂

Very gentle soap, good for gardening!
I am allergic to most brands of soap but this one has not aggravated my allergies. I initially bought this out of concern for the harm other brands could do to me, creatures in my care, my plants, and the planet. When I test distilled water in my glasses, it shows that the soap does completely rinse from the glass. But, I want to emphasize how gentle this soap has proven itself to be. I also have used this soap on my turnips to remove aphids, putting it undiluted directly onto the leaves. In the past, using diluted soap has always caused the leaves to burn and wilt, regardless of how well I washed them after the application. But this soap did not burn them at all. The pictures attached to his review are of the sprouting turnips the morning after applying and washing off the soap. They are not burned at all and I was very impressed. It also did not burn the grass or moss where I rinsed the turnips outside. It’s very good, I would reccomend it!Update:I ordered a hibiscus plant that became infected with aphids and I used the soap again. In the images, I apply the soap directly to the leaves over the sink (I dump the water in the grass outside) then there are pictures of the plant outside a few days later. There are some yellowing leaves due to soil drainage problems but this is not leaf burn which would look like dried blotches on the leaves. The leaves retain turgidity (stiffness not wilted) and continue to grow without the new leaves bribg harmed by the soap (again applied undiluted directly onto the leaves). It removed the aphids without harming the plant and the water and aphids were dumped into the gross without it harming the grass.Another update: i am still on and off dealing with aphids and the hibiscus’ 1 bud had an infestation. I poured the soup on the bud (undistilled) and washed the aphids off about 3 or 4 days ago. It bloomed today without issue and looks healthy.

Will try to use more times
I feel it’s a little more difficult to clean if the dish is more dirty (of course, I know, I mean compare with others) But I like it so far anyway.

    It’s a Gel
This dishwashing gel has a jelly consistency and I don’t like it. It’s cleaning the dishes adequately and smells nice. I may have missed the gel part of the description and maybe gel is as good as liquid, but I’m not into it. Won’t purchase a second time.

    Great Dish Liquid
We are looking for the organic dish liquid without chemicals, and nice try with ECOS’ product. It’s free of dyes, parabens, phosphates and phthalates, and it’s safer for us. Cleaning power is great, the apricot scent is awesome! Amazon delivery service is always great, delivery on time and pack well. Would highly recommend to you if you are looking for organic dish liquid as well.

    Useless.
I was so excited to find this natural, apricot dish soap. I find that this particular brand can be moody. I like the detergent but I dislike the shampoo and dish soap. I make my own foam, Dr. Bronners dish soap in peppermint and it works very well. I purchased this for convenience and am really disappointed. Judging by the reviews, I even put it on subscription but canceled it. You’ll need to use a lot of this soap on one dish alone. Even then, it will not come close to degreasing even minor pans, won’t break down even minor messes on dishes and leaves food residue unless you wash it in very hot water, use tons of soap and wash it two or three times. This will not disinfect your hands. It’s fine for a minor handwash but I do not think it sanitizes well at all. But the lemongrass laundry detergent works good in this brand!I’m going back to my peppermint bronners. I can make it as strong as I want and the peppermint cuts through everything. I wish I could find more peppermint dish soap. It’s amazing. Two stars for effort.

    Don’t Buy This
I always try and buy “natural” products, and typically use 7th Generation, but Amazon was out of it at the time, so I tried ECOS. I got it out last night, and squeezed gently, waiting for it to come out. Nothing. I squeezed harder, and finally a drop of goop came out onto my dish rag. Well, maybe this is how it’s supposed to be, I thought. I then added it to a casserole dish that had some butter residue in it. My normal dish soap absorbs the oils and makes it much easier to wash. ECOS did nothing. It didn’t even make suds. The bottle almost looks like it had been frozen and thawed, which changed the consistency of it. In any case, both bottles are in the trash, and I will never buy this product again.
