Does the camera support 5G??Is there a monthly cloud service fee?
Yes, the camera is support 5g and 2.4g wifi. the cloud service is optional. f you subscipted the cloud, you can pay it for dloud storage.lfnot, you can install a 128G micro sd card for video recording.（Not Include）
Does the camera work for outdoor? Is it wireless camera??
Yes, S700 camera is IP66 Waterproof security camera, so it is work for outdoor and indoor both. It is powered by adapter. Not battery camera.
Does the S700 camera track people’s movements by rotating? Does it have human detection and zoom capabilities?
The S700 camera is a fixed camera and does not rotate to track people’s movements. You can adjust the install angle of camera to monotor fixxed area. However, The S700 camera does feature human detection and 3x zoom functionality.
Why won’t the camera I received turn on?
Hello, please check if the power cord and power adapter are functioning properly. You can test by replacing them with other cords and adapters.
Why can’t my camera connect to the network?
S700 camera supports 5GHz and 2.4GHz WiFi both.
1. Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds to reset the camera.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and connect to 5G or 2.4G WiFi. Open the app, tap the “+” button to add a device, and connect.

Great Camera
Great Quality camera for a very affordable price. Graphic quality is great, wish there was an option to disable the floodlight instead of having to constantly turn it off or on, but otherwise it’s a very nice and very reliable camera, easy setup, easy instructions, easy installation, has sound detection, motion detection and WiFi connection was easy! Definitely a great camera for the price..

Cheap and reliable
So, I’ve been checking out this GUOANVISION 5G Home Security camera, and honestly, it’s pretty slick. Setting it up was surprisingly straightforward, which is always a win in my book. The 5G connectivity means the stream is super smooth, no annoying buffering issues at all. Picture quality is really crisp, day or night, so you can actually see what’s going on. I love the wide-angle view it offers, covering a good chunk of the room. Plus, the motion detection is quite sensitive, sending alerts right to my phone. It’s definitely given me some peace of mind when I’m away. Overall, a solid choice for keeping an eye on things at home.

Great cameras!
Completely satisfied! Camera(s) are very good quality. Easy to use and easy to set up. Has 2-way voice along with noise and motion detection among many other features. Can do continuous recording using TF (micro SD card) memory storage card. Very responsive and easy to use on the app. Great product for the money. I currently have Blink Cameras that I have ditched because they are much better quality and I do not have to pay for for a subscription. The customer service at Guoanvision was very responsive and accommodating. I contacted them to inquire about the length of free cloud recording they would provide. I highly recommend these cameras for the home!

Affordable security
I was surprised how small the camera was when I got it. I was bit skeptical at first since the cost was so low but to my surprise, the camera was awesome. It was easy to setup and the connection wasn’t too difficult. Sound and picture quality is good. I used double sided tape to secure it in place since the camera is lightweight. Overall, this security camera is very good and affordable.

Great little camera!
Im very surprised and pleased with this camera! The price was soo cheap so I wasn’t expecting superior quality. However this camera has an even better picture then my more expensive cameras. I use this outdoors and it has worked so well. The connection is great and was very easy to setup. I will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future!

Great Camera Quality
My sister had given me a camera of a different brand to set up and watch our father who has dementia. The connection on her camera was unpredictable – offline most of the time. I went on Amazon to search for reasonably priced cameras and was reading the reviews for each. The Guoanvision did not have one bad review! I was sold! The setup was easy and the camera quality is really good! I am sitting here right now as I type this watching my father asleep in his recliner. The motion detection is great because I need to watch dad as he likes to get up and do the activities he use to do alone. Has not gone offline once since set up.

Budget price for good product
Camera works well. I like that it came with installation tools. My only complaint is that the wire to plug it in is directly on the back of the camera which causes it to shift the camera perspective over time because it pulls it down and the wire is difficult to plug in. It has good picture quality and a lot of features for suchan affordable price.
