Great Biodegradable Sponges
These are a nice sponge if you’re looking for something environmentally friendly! The great part is this package really comes with a large amount of sponges.These sponges are made out of compostable cellulose and coconut fiber. It has a rough texture to ensure that those dirty surfaces can be cleaned easily.After trying these for some time, I am impressed with the quality. The sponges I bought before would often degrade fast and break apart. They would also lose shape with time. However, with these ones, they have maintained their form and are still working properly.The rough side on these sponges works well and I am still using the first two sponges from the pack. The softer side absorbs well and I use this to sweep up surfaces after I am done cleaning with the rough side.I have mainly used these for cleaning kitchen supplies and devices, but they should work well for many purposes. Overall the quality of these is good and I am surprised at how long they are lasting. Also great to see that the company used recyclable packaging for these.

Good alternative for plastic sponges
I decided to try these sponges, they are a good alternative for plastic dish sponges. I was hoping they would do better with the moldy smell buildup in comparison, however these do still hold smells even rinsing and drying out between washing dishes. To remedy I used vinegar to soak and temporarily remove the smells. I have used mine for 3 months (left sponge in photo), I could probably continue using it but I am going to replace with a new one (right sponge in photo). 🙂 The scrubber is rough on the hands at first and takes some use to soften it, however it holds up well durability wise over time. I have a family of 3 and handwash dishes daily with the sponges, as we cook and eat at home majority of the time. These last for me as long as the Plastic based sponges. I agree with others on the packaging being superior also, coming in cardboard instead of plastic wrap. I like that this product is made of more natural materials, and think the price for them is reasonable with their durability of use.

Better than expected!!
I was looking for a kitchen sponge with a more appealing natural color than the bright multicolor sponges that are available in my local grocery store. I didn’t expect these sponges to be so absorbent and durable, but they are! I like that they don’t have a weird odor. I’ll definitely purchase these again.

Works very well – a little stiff on the scrub side
Works really well, and so far, drains clean with no lingering scent. And no microplastics down the drain! Only 4 stars though because the scrubby part is *really* stiff and does not conform to hand very well.

I switched from a plastic sponge to this, because I didn’t like the thought of the plastic sponge breaking down and creating microplastics. These natural sponges work just as well as the plastic ones, and do last long. When they fall apart, I throw them in my composter.

Outstanding Durability
I have to give this sponge a huge thumbs up. I’ve been using it daily for almost one year, and it’s held up incredibly well. The sponge is easy to use and resistant to stains. I just started using my second one this month, which shows how durable it is.The white soft side is fantastic—it’s fine and elastic, and it doesn’t get smelly or dirty easily. My previous sponge remained white and elastic until now, with only a minor burn on one corner from accidentally touching a hot pan.The brown hard side is perfect for scrubbing stuck-on food. It’s effective without being too rough, so it won’t damage my seasoned iron pan. While it is true like some reviews mention that the thorns can be felt when pinching or grasping hard, I haven’t experienced any issues. As one with sensitive hands, I didn’t get hurt from this. I’ve found these thorns to be more of a minor inconvenience than a problem.I will definitely repurchase this sponge and plan to use it for as long as it remains the best option available.

Economical and last a long time!!
These work well. I use them in the sink until they start to get raggedy, and then I clean the inside of the oven with them and toss them in the trash.

Endlich habe ich eine Alternative zu den üblichen Chemieschwämmen gefunden. Diese säubern genau so gut, fühlen sich gut an und trocknen sogar schneller als die anderen. Ich stecke sie immer mal mit in die Spül- oder Waschmaschine, das halten sie auch sogar aus. Und dass man die dann sogar komppostieren kann- besser geht es nicht. Wieder etwas weniger Abfall/ Chemie im Haus, super. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
