Six storage bins wow
These set of 6 20-gallon storage bins from Amazon have been a total lifesaver for organizing my space! These bins are spacious and sturdy, perfect for storing everything from seasonal decorations to extra clothes to small appliances.. I love how they stack neatly on top of each other, maximizing my storage area without looking cluttered. Plus, the lids fit securely, keeping everything dust-free and protected. Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality.

Great storage and moving
I have ordered these multiple times. Every time I was very happy with them. What I really like about them is the size, the durability, the strength, and the fact that they are lockable. I use them as storage in the garage and don’t have to worry about bugs getting in. They are also waterproof, at least in the rain.However, my last two orders have had broken boxes inside.When the first box came with broken boxes, I simply contacted Amazon and drove the 30 minutes away to Amazon return store and did the return and then drove 30 minutes back home. Within a few days, I received my next box of boxes and And I was happy and content.Then I ordered some more boxes since we are beginning to pack for a Move and wanted to store some things.Unfortunately, in that next order, there was also broken boxes. I was very dismayed and quite upset quite frankly. Out of six orders to have two of the boxes have broken items inside it was very disappointing.In my opinion, the broken boxes occurred by the shipping company.In my opinion, also, a different company should be used or packing needs to be improved.I’m still giving this four star review because the boxes themselves are fantastic. I will try buying some more again.

Nice bins , not packaged well
Bins are nice , very big, sturdy build. No packaging for protection, just a cardboard box. My 6 pack had broken latch and one latch that came off. The one that came off snapped right back on. I wish I could contact the seller to get a latch sent to me , but Amazon is only giving me two options return or replace. Both options mean I have to box up and drop them at ups store. I guess I’ll just have one bin with out a latch at one end. Kinda sucks ,but much easier option. Would give the bins 5 stars if they could get them here in one piece.

IRIS US Customer Support & Customer Service is VERY POOR!
I received broken bins and lids. I called customer support several times leaving messages with no response.7 Nov. I emailed customer support with pictures, order information explained damaged items.8 Nov. Iris US Celina Garcia, customer serv. rep. replied with the following info:Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that happened with your product. Do you know the exact model of your item? If not, can you send a picture of the label? Where was the original place of purchase? Can we have your shipping address, please? Could you check the bottom of the unit? The item will have a circle and an arrow pointing to which state it manufactured. (AZ, PA, TX or WI) This will help reduce instances such as this from occurring. Can you check for the second circle that has a number 1-12 and 2 numbers inside the circle?ATTACH PROOF OF PURCHASEATTACH PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS8 Nov. I emailed pictures to assist in their QC and provided all information requested.8 Nov. Iris US Rep. Celina Garcia Replied, Thank you for that information, I did go ahead and take care of this for you, we appreciate you reaching out to us. Shipping takes 10-14 business days.8 Dec. Email reply sent to Celina Garcia, and phone calls to Iris US regarding, where are the replacement items for my broken bins & lids. No RESPONSE FROM THIS CO.!!!I provide them with all of their quality control info. in pics. to determine which facility is responsible, but they can’t follow thru with sending out replacement items for already damaged merchandise??This company is very difficult to reach, I have never had anyone answer the phone number provided or return a message i have left (which have been several) and does not appear to follow thru with what they say.

Watch for broken handle latches.
Nice storage boxes. Perfect for for the closet. I had one issue though, one of the boxes had a broken piece where the handle latches on which prevented me from latching it shut. I kept them anyway just to keep from re-boxing all of them up and dragging them down to ups. I gave it 5 stars because they are still nice. The latch could have broken during shipping.

Very nice product. High quality fit and finish. Better than I expected.
The containers are perfectly molded with a flawless, smooth interior (I was surprised). The lids are just as nice, and they fit the containers with a precision feel. They have two locking latches that are easy to use, but lock the lids down tightly. Together, the containers feel surprisingly strong. Stacking them also has a precision feel. Over the years, I’ve noticed Rubber Maid products seemed better than the run-of-the-mill stuff you can find. However, these containers are a step-up, even for Rubber Maid. They are considerably better than what I expected. I only needed two, but had to buy a set of five. After having received them, now I’m sure I’ll quickly find a need for the other three. (Wife’s spontaneous reaction: Wow! These are really nice!)

Missing Handles
The containers are exactly what I’m looking for; however, some of the handle were not attached to the containers. After I put them on I found I was 2 short. I can’t see sending these items back (too large) guess I’m going to eat this one

I’ve ordered a total of 18 of these bins to date, the first 12 were ordered during warm months and there was no damage. I recently received another 6 bins and one of them was damaged during shipping, presumably in part due to the cold winter temperatures. Perhaps the manufacturer could improve their packing standards to mitigate the risk of damage!I would still recommend these bins without hesitation, it’s just unfortunate that the packing process lends them to being damaged during shipping.
